We stopped here yesterday for a Christmas dinner. Yes we knew that it would be busy due to the holiday but when we went inside to check in the young lady at the hostess stand was very rude and said without even looking up to acknowledge we were standing there “we’re not taking names”. Like I said, we understand the situation due to the holiday but her attitude was completely uncalled for. We couldn’t believe how we were treated. They could have at least been kinder to their potential customers on Christmas.

Our server, Ethan, was wonderful. The food was good. We were not rushed and we were allowed to split an entree which was perfect for our appetite.

We ordered the prime rib and a ribeye steak. Both were tough and not seasoned well...if you have to ask for A1 it is not a good thing! I asked for medium rare on my prime rib and it was way overcooked with no taste. This was our first time here ...and the last. Our waiter was nice enough and the only good thing about our experience here.

There's not much anyone could say to convince me to ever go here again. It was disgusting. Our waitress was kind, and sweet... but clueless. We tried Texas twinkies - atrocious. The bacon was raw, the brisket was mush, the peppers were flavorless, and it was drowning in bbq sauce that wasn't good. I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was extremely dry and flavorless, the salad itself was mediocre at best. I've had better salads at McDonald's. Not to mention, they use Ken's dressing... which I find repulsive. My boyfriend got the fajitas, and there was a seasoning that completely repulsed him. The meat and veggies were so oily and greasy that he chose not to eat it. So with two meals and an appetizer- we don't normally complain, but we chose to this time. The waitress responded to our complaint about all of the food by saying ... " yeah our day time chef isn't that great. But if you come here at night things are usually cooked right." Neither of us ate our food or the appetizer, and nothing was taken off of the bill. We paid and went on our way and took it as a loss. There's a Texas Roadhouse down the road, the applewood farmhouse, or my personal favorite - the old mill. At anywhere else, it will be better. Cici's pizza is even a better choice.

Don't order the Texas Twinkles. The appetizer would have been good if it wasn't drowned in barbecue sauce. And served with raw bacon. Even bringing it to the waitresses attention she said oh that's normal they usually crisp it a little more I said no it's raw. She refused to take it off the bill even after Common Sense should have. We proceeded to order a Cobb salad and steak fajitas. Steak fajitas were so oily and disgusting that I needed a napkin to soak up grease. The steak was rubbery and hard to chew. The Cobb salad lettuce was wilted and the chicken was under cooked. The server tells us that they changed the name because previously they weren't doing too well. Well apparently it's a steakhouse you're not doing too well either. She literally told us that the night cook was better than the day cook that we should have probably came then. Save yourself some time money and energy and go to another restaurant. The Applewood Farmhouse which is right around the corner far surpasses any restaurant in Pigeon forge.

Great environment, phenomenal food, even better service. We came at a quiet time, so experience may vary, but our server was attentive, food was delicious and plentiful, and price was very competitive and reasonable.

Great place to eat! My husband and I both had steak. They were both great. The queso and chips were good and our waiter was fantastic!

Ratings on this establishment is correct. If you want rock hard rolls, this is your place. Waitress was great but the cold food, drier than the Sahara desert pulled pork and bushes baked beans is not worth the money. Gas station food is better than this. Honest disgrace to be named ‘Fort Worth’. Save your money and go to McDonald’s.

Went with the wife around 2 pm for an early dinner. Parking was easy and immediately seated. The staff and especially our server was terrific - that was about it. After our meal we spent almost $100 and the food was horrible. I ordered a steak with a potato, which came with a salad. The salad was fine but my potato was not cooked fully, hard, and cold at the bottom. My steak when it came had a lot of gristle, was chewy and terrible. I saved the meat for my dog in a take-out. The wife's Prime Rib looked ok, but it was not cooked and she eats is on the med-rare side. The steak looked like it was fresh off the cow, somewhat bloody, extremely red, and not really cooked properly. It was plain and not seasoned; she too added it to our doggie bag for our K-9. On the bright side our dinner rolls, the butter, and ranch dressing was great. We have only lived in this Sevierville, TN town for about 7 months, and I have found most of the restaurant's food quality seem to be, well, terrible. So far, only 2 places were good when we ate out. For the money we spent we could have gone to Kroger's Store, picked up 2 very nice, 1 inch plus thick Steaks from the meat dept. and BBQ on the grille, and got our own romaine lettuce, etc for a lot cheaper as we have done this before with Kroger. I am not sure why the various restaurant's seem to have a quality control issue with their food, or they just do not care. We are not rich, seniors on Soc Sec, and not expecting the moon, but I just do not understand the the problem in this town.

2 people, appetizer and steak dinner, $70. Can’t do much better price wise but the steak was cooked perfectly, the appetizers were great portions, the sides were delicious, and our server was incredibly kind and personable.

I’m glad we stoped by.

Also there’s an amazing discount Carhartt store next door so i took out 2 birds with one stone lol.

I got FOOD POISONING last night. Do NOT eat here. Whatever you do, DO NOT eat the PULLED PORK PLATE. Other guests that also ate the pulled pork plate are also sick.

Porterhouse steaks were fabulous. Cooked perfect and seasoned great. Ribs were awesome. Baked beans were very good. We usually go to Calhouns. But this place is so much better.
