We had a great server named Elijah. He was very personable and attentive. The food was delicious and we just enjoyed the whole experience there. We will definitely go back the next time we are in town.
Service was slow to table. To many complaints about service to mention. It was not busy. Food was over cooked and lacked flover. Waitress was very pushy and slow. The place was clean. Samon was OK. The Ribeye was midum and I ordered rare. Rice mush. Auspearagus was perfect. For the price I wouldn't eat there again.
Service was lacking and our ribeye had no flavor. Granted they were busy but even while walking by they never offered to bring more tea until asked
Straight up average. Sit, order, eat, leave. You will not remember this place tomorrow. Enjoy and move on...
Its time for the next phase of Chris, whats for Dinner?
⭐ Fort Worth Steakhouse – Sevierville, TN
Rating: 1 out of 10, and that’s only because 0 isn’t an option.
We came in hungry and hopeful. We left confused and emotionally damaged.
First up: The Texas Street Corn.
I was excited. I love good street corn. I ordered it thinking it’d be roasted golden, kissed with chili powder and lime, maybe with a little cotija. What I got instead was three ears of sadness.
Smothered—and I mean drowned—in what I can only describe as expired mayonnaise with a sprinkle of paprika and a couple of lime wedges thrown on the plate for moral support.
The corn itself? Tougher than a burnt Bridgestone tire. Couldn’t even taste the corn through the wall of mayo. $8.99 for that mess? I should’ve asked the waitress to just slap me and keep the corn.
Then came the main event: A 10-ounce sirloin, medium.
Now, in Fort Worth, that would’ve come out sizzling—juicy, flavorful, and ready to dance across your taste buds like the Fourth of July.
But in Sevierville? I got a slab of burnt regret.
This steak was so dry I’m convinced the cook is moonlighting at Budget Rental Cars, specializing in old rubber tires. Juiceless, flavorless, and cooked well past the point of no return. If you threw this steak on a concrete wall, it would’ve bounced back and asked for a lawyer.
Jenny got grilled chicken and a sweet potato.
The sweet potato was fine, but the chicken? I’m pretty sure it was roadkill from last week that someone tossed on the grill for nostalgia. Dry, rubbery, and a little haunting.
Look, I’m not trying to be mean. But if you’re going to slap Fort Worth on your name, you better bring the heat. This place is a disgrace to cowboys, cattle, and anyone who’s ever picked up a pair of tongs. If I wanted a meal like this, I’d have cooked it over a candle in a hotel bathroom.
Total score: 1 out of 10. And that’s only because the sweet tea didn’t taste like mop water.
AAAAA++++++
Perfect, delicious steak!!!
Honestly best meal we’ve had on vacation. Surprised not more people were there. We had 0 wait. A bit pricey, but it’s worth it. We had salads and steak. Kids had huge chicken tenders that were the size of breasts and they were amazing, too.
We stopped here yesterday for a Christmas dinner. Yes we knew that it would be busy due to the holiday but when we went inside to check in the young lady at the hostess stand was very rude and said without even looking up to acknowledge we were standing there “we’re not taking names”. Like I said, we understand the situation due to the holiday but her attitude was completely uncalled for. We couldn’t believe how we were treated. They could have at least been kinder to their potential customers on Christmas.
Our server, Ethan, was wonderful. The food was good. We were not rushed and we were allowed to split an entree which was perfect for our appetite.

We ordered the prime rib and a ribeye steak. Both were tough and not seasoned well...if you have to ask for A1 it is not a good thing! I asked for medium rare on my prime rib and it was way overcooked with no taste. This was our first time here ...and the last. Our waiter was nice enough and the only good thing about our experience here.
There's not much anyone could say to convince me to ever go here again. It was disgusting. Our waitress was kind, and sweet... but clueless. We tried Texas twinkies - atrocious. The bacon was raw, the brisket was mush, the peppers were flavorless, and it was drowning in bbq sauce that wasn't good. I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was extremely dry and flavorless, the salad itself was mediocre at best. I've had better salads at McDonald's. Not to mention, they use Ken's dressing... which I find repulsive. My boyfriend got the fajitas, and there was a seasoning that completely repulsed him. The meat and veggies were so oily and greasy that he chose not to eat it. So with two meals and an appetizer- we don't normally complain, but we chose to this time. The waitress responded to our complaint about all of the food by saying ... " yeah our day time chef isn't that great. But if you come here at night things are usually cooked right." Neither of us ate our food or the appetizer, and nothing was taken off of the bill. We paid and went on our way and took it as a loss. There's a Texas Roadhouse down the road, the applewood farmhouse, or my personal favorite - the old mill. At anywhere else, it will be better. Cici's pizza is even a better choice.

Don't order the Texas Twinkles. The appetizer would have been good if it wasn't drowned in barbecue sauce. And served with raw bacon. Even bringing it to the waitresses attention she said oh that's normal they usually crisp it a little more I said no it's raw. She refused to take it off the bill even after Common Sense should have. We proceeded to order a Cobb salad and steak fajitas. Steak fajitas were so oily and disgusting that I needed a napkin to soak up grease. The steak was rubbery and hard to chew. The Cobb salad lettuce was wilted and the chicken was under cooked. The server tells us that they changed the name because previously they weren't doing too well. Well apparently it's a steakhouse you're not doing too well either. She literally told us that the night cook was better than the day cook that we should have probably came then. Save yourself some time money and energy and go to another restaurant. The Applewood Farmhouse which is right around the corner far surpasses any restaurant in Pigeon forge.

Great environment, phenomenal food, even better service. We came at a quiet time, so experience may vary, but our server was attentive, food was delicious and plentiful, and price was very competitive and reasonable.
