We stopped through on our way out to the Townsend Entrance to GSMNP. Lovely shop, nice selection of quality outdoor gear, all types of gifts, and the prices are mostly reasonable. The owner (I think) was very knowledgeable about the area and willing to chat answer questions. Plus a great made to order coffee shop. If you're driving through and planning on hiking in the park, this is a great stop.

I needed some hiking pants and decided to do the right thing and shop local even if it was out of my way. I checked the hours on their website to see what time they opened the next day. 0900. Except when I got there they were closed all day and the next. If you are going to be randomly closed during the week, please update the website and not tape a piece of paper on the door with the new hours. Grrrr. It does look like a nice store from what I could see from the outside and if I end up this way again I'll probably stop in.

We love this place! The owners, Mike and Heather are some the nicest people we met while staying in Wears Valley. Their store is awesome! Great selection of merchandise and hands down the best coffee and frappe in Wears Valley! The moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a friendly hello and you feel like you have known these guys forever.

What a great little shop. And by little, I don’t mean small selection! I was shocked to walk in and see tons of both fun and necessary items, but at great prices! The coffee shop in the back is beyond words, with flavor combinations that I’ve never heard of for coffee. I just wish I could come every day to try a new one!!!

We stopped by on our way out of town to grab some coffee. The kids saw the Italian sodas and had to try them. Coffee and sodas were delicious! We found the cutest shirts and hats too. Wish we had discovered this store earlier in our trip. We will stop by next trip for sure!
