Food is always good but a little concerned about homeless staying in the dining room and it's Everytime we stop there it's the same person sleeping in the dining room and the smell is unbearable to try to eat in restaurant. Please clean it up so we are able to eat inside. As much as I've seen this same person there I'm sure nothing is being said to him.

I wasn’t sure what I wanted but the gentleman behind the counter suggested the original bag and it definitely hit the spot!! I was pleased with his friendliness and the cleanliness of not only the dining area but also the restroom( we all know that those are not always clean in any establishment). I will definitely be returning for future visits!! Thanks to the crew for being friendly and the assistance.

At Hardee’s in Sevierville, Tennessee. Out of sausage, out a drink lids, both soft drinks and coffee. No sweets, no forks no knives, talk to the manager, she said I can’t do nothing about it. They didn’t send me stuff. Out of coffee in the line. Horrible restaurant horrible people no service manager was very snippy and unhelpful. Don’t go there!!
I had a quick lunch at Hardee's. It was not crowded and there was plenty of parking. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh.

I got here at 9:48pm Sat in the drive thru for over 5 min, no one would answer. I kept saying hello. At 9:55 I drove to the front door it was locked. I saw a women with a headset on locking the side door. I banged on the door and would not open. If you are open till 10pm then stay open till 10pm!
