It took so long for an order and bathroom are not clean ! You need to have people with heart ❤️ and a great smile not just one that is just there for money sad! I do love Hardee's food when it's done with love!

I got here at 9:48pm Sat in the drive thru for over 5 min, no one would answer. I kept saying hello. At 9:55 I drove to the front door it was locked. I saw a women with a headset on locking the side door. I banged on the door and would not open. If you are open till 10pm then stay open till 10pm!

I ordered 10 biscuits and asked for strawberry jelly at the speaker and at the window when I paid and there was not 1 pack in the bag. They weren’t even busy at the time. I know to some it’s not a big deal but to me the biscuit is awful without it. Very disappointed.

I thought Hardee’s & Carls Jr were the same company. I ordered a Western Bacon Cheeseburger but was told “We dont know what that is, so I axed if they had a bacon Cheesburger, BBQ sauce and onion rings. “No ma’am”. I won’t be back.

We always eat at this location when we visit. The gravy was hot and the biscuit was fresh. The bacon and hash rounds were also good. It was clean inside and the restroom too. Alecksis took our order and she was extremely friendly.
The food was typical fast food. The service was excellent and the people were wonderful.
