I went to this Hardee’s on the morning of 01-072026 I went in to eat the manager was not friendly at all they had barely any ice in the machines that was in the lobby and they were no napkins as well. Need to put ppl in those positions that are people oriented. Smile more and at least act like you are happy with your job..

There is just one lady doing drive through and front. She is fast and still manage not to have a soft and amicable voice. She has excellent people skill. Hardee's did a smart move for having her as part of the team. I asked for her name but don't know how to spell it. It sounded like Ambrea. The guys in the kitchen are working hard too. Good experience here.

Really trying day stopped for 1st meal of day @ 3:30. The wonderful person who took pity on somebody who is technically challenged with an app in the parking lot for 15 minutes. The lady taking my order was kind enough to see my pain and distraught and answered my questions with customers waiting I can't say enough how much her kindness brought me to tears in the parking lot!!! She blessed my life in a way that no one had in a long time!!! 🙏 and I want to say thank you...

Ordered online the smoked sausage breakfast sandwich and upgraded with egg and cheese. They tried giving me a regular sausage sandwich. Told me they were all out of smoked sausage. Then told me I had to cancel order online to get a refund, which there is no way for customer to do it. When they argued with me for a few minutes, the smoked sausage miraculously was delivered and then brought out probably the worse sandwich imaginable. So bad, I feared they may have done something to it because they were mad. So I didnt eat it after all... will not visit this location again for breakfast.

Wow Hardee's whats going on? You guys were the OG breakfast old faithful! I went to the sevierville location across from Thomas auto the manager yelled from behind the food window took my order. I swear my food was microwaved it was so soggy. Like sad soggy tots half the contaier full to boot, the porkchop was paper thin. Worst part was the 16.00 price tag. Seriously a grilled cheese Sammie and medium combo! 16.00? The sweet tea was fire. Smh

I usually go through the drive thru early morning when there's not a lot of traffic. The food's always good, but the service is hit and miss. One day it's great, the next it's not so great. I always have to double check my order because sometimes they forget to make sure everything is there.
Walk-in customer. I came in close enough time to wait for the b'fast/lunch switch and had phenomenal service by the guy named Logan who was running register at that moment. Entire order was correct and everything came out flawless like always!! 100/10 VERY HIGLY RECOMMEND!!!! Definitely coming back after today no doubt :)

Came through the drive thru early this morning, was greeted by an extremely cheerful person named Logan. He gave me amazing service, and helped me with the menu and figured out what I wanted. Ended up getting a chicken biscuit and it’s was phenomenal. I will definitely be coming back soon to try something new!

Hardee's has always been my favorite spot to eat breakfast especially the biscuit and gravy with a side of sausage and eggs. The staff there are nice and friendly especially Logan Casson and ambrea is so sweet and nice
