By far the worst service I’ve had from a Hardee’s in my 21 years of living. Firstly, they miss corrected the already messed up order and tried to give me two of the wrong biscuits after I corrected them. Then the other part of my order wasn’t fully prepared correctly and came out worse than my biscuits. Lastly, the cook that was an older gentleman wasn’t even wearing any gloves that should’ve been available for every associate working this morning. You will never see me or my family coming back to this establishment. Sincerely, a man who is upset about his breakfast.

Horrible food and service... Sunday Feb 16th went thru drive up and ordered 2 biscuts and gravy combos..... lady at the intercom sounded like Charlie browns teacher.... had to repeat myself a few times before she finally got it.... drove home to find out they didn't give me my hash rounds.... mind you, I was the only person there so it's not like they could mess things up, RIGHT! when I got home I called them and was told by the manager to come back and get them.... ummmm no.... not doing that drive across town.... send me a coupon... it's your fault not mine.... anyhow, the biscuts were in the shape of a heart ( valentine's day was 2 days ago) and extremely hard. Come on guys, you can do better! I don't think I'll be returning... very disappointed customer!

I stopped through here at least two or three times a week. I always get two butter biscuits with extra butter on them and I don’t know why I keep giving this Hardee’s a chance after chance to get things right but that’s just the person that I am this morning. I did get the extra butter finally, but the biscuit was cold. other mornings. They don’t even have any butter on them at all. And then sometimes I will come through and get my two biscuits ask for extra butter as I always do and the food is either rockhard or not even room temperature. Something has got to give with this Hardee’s because it is quickly going down the drain. in the last month, maybe two I think they’ve only gotten my order right Maybe twice

Visited via drive thru the morning of a tournament in town. At 6:30am, with no one around the food was cold and BURNED. the hash browns were broken and looked like they were from the bottom of the freezer, and the biscuit was charred and inedible. I don’t usually leave reviews, but we couldn’t even eat the breakfast because it was so bad. On top of that the lady at the window was continuing a conversation with a coworker while handing us our food and the topic of conversation was EColi. Not exactly appetizing.

Today was the worst Hardee's experience, the service and lobby was fine, but my burgers were dry and cold, idk if it's just the ones in the original bag or all, but I can barely eat them because they are so dry

Set in the drive through at the talk box for 5 minutes never was waited on. Pulled around and parked went inside. Cashier was very friendly and helpful. The food is always good

Restaurant was clean. Never have I had to ask for a code for the restroom. But there is always a first. People where friendly. Fries where cold and burgers had so much mayo and mustard on them you could make 3 more hamburgers with the extra.. and we where the only customers there. No drive thru. Should have known.

Sat at the drive thru for five minutes and no one answered. Backed up and pulled up again…no one. I picked up the phone and called them to tell them I’m at the drive thru and they said ok. Still no one came. I pulled up to the window and was ignored for about four minutes (people in the back looked and ignored me). Finally a very nice man came to the window and took my order. After they saw me scanning the QR code. Fries were cold.
