We are sitting in the parking lot after another fantastic meal at Bustin'Butts. I'm a BBQ snob and this place is phenomenal. The owner and staff are amazing. We drive 9 hours to Sevierville and this is a must stop every time we are in the area. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Every visit.

First I want to make clear how much I loved the atmosphere of this place, you have to experience it to love it!
They smoke their mac & cheese, and by their own testimony, it's sometimes sticky, and sometimes creamy. The baked beans were a little too sweet for me, but they were good.
The meat: I got brisket and ribs. The ribs were tender and tasted good; the brisket was dry and tough with juices pouring off of it; it was obviously stored in the juices it was smoked in. I don't want to make you think it didn't taste good, but it wasn't tender and juicy in the meat itself.

This was our first true side of the road meat market love, and once you stop here, you understand why those places become legends. Driving by, you’d never guess how good it actually is. No flashy signs, no overhyped promises. Just incredible food waiting for people smart enough to pull over.

The ribs are outstanding. The pulled pork is packed with flavor. The wings are the kind that make you slow down and appreciate what you’re eating. I could go on and on about how much we love this place because everything they touch feels intentional and done right.

But what really sets Bustin’ Butts BBQ apart is the atmosphere. Worship music playing over the speakers. A relaxed, welcoming, family friendly vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer than planned. It’s the kind of place where good food and good values meet, and you feel it the moment you walk in.

I went in wrong direction and discovered this hole in the wall . Absolutely best BBQ ever. So moist and juicy . Ive been there 5 times now . I will not eat BBQ anywhere else and I live in gatlinburg. Absolutely worth the short drive. Check out the menu is loaded with delicious food. Staff is amazing..5 stars all day long ...

I’ve tried allot of my bbq in my days. And this is one of the best I’ve had. Me and my wife both got pulled pork and different sides. First bite was an explosion of favor and that’s without the sauce. We tried the sauce and it added another layer of flavor. The sides weren’t not over smoked which was great too. We pulled in to order and was greeted by a friendly young lady and also a gentleman that spoke to us. And while we was eating the owner checked in on us also very friendly and was good to talk to. And I’ve never had brisket only a few times and liked it once. .When me and the owner was talking about brisket he said hold on and went and got us a sample of brisket and I’ll tell you me and my wife would order that brisket for sure. Next. time I’m also hitting them ribs. Anyone looking for goooood bbq place this is your place.

While driving through the area on a delivery for work my partner and I were looking for a quick bite to eat, specifically good BBQ. We looked up reviews for local BBQ and Bustin’ Butts was nearby and had a 4.9 review. We figured we would have to give it a try.

As we were about to turn into their parking lot, their food truck was pulling into the lot in front of us. You know the food is good when they have a permanent location and a food truck. So we were getting excited.

As we turned into the parking lot we were a little confused. There were two lanes with a small building in front of us and an employee there taking orders and directing incoming traffic. We were expecting a brick and mortar restaurant where we could sit down and relax after driving 5 hours straight. The employee asked if we were dining in or carrying out. My partner and I looked at each other trying to determine where exactly the dining in would take place. The employee then explained they had a patio behind the smokehouse if we wanted to dine in. For being January, the weather was warmer than what we were used to so we decided to dine in.

The menu was pretty straightforward with options for sandwiches or full meals. I just knew I wanted brisket so I ordered the large brisket sandwich. The sandwich was a good size with the meat being tender and full of smoky flavor. The house BBQ sauce was delicious. It has an initial sweet flavor with the spices then heating it up followed up with a slight tang on the back end. Absolutely yummy!

About an hour after we left we realized we had left our credit card when we paid our bill. I would like to thank the staff for finding our credit card, and making sure it was securely held until we could get back there to pick it up. Thank you for the wonderful service and scrumptious brisket!

Fantastic pulled pork sandwiches and reasonable prices. However, they always seem to be out of banana pudding. I have serious doubts they actually sell banana pudding, even though it's clearly listed on the menu, but I'm not bitter.

Brisket and mac and cheese were amazing. Pulled pork sandwich was also good. Portion and price left me full without breaking the bank.
