The food wasn’t very good here, even though it looked like a nice place and the menu looked good. My filet was burnt when it came out and I ordered it medium and the sweet potato casserole was overcooked and a weird gooey texture. The only thing that was edible was my salad but it was just a mediocre salad but good dressing on it. It was my husband’s birthday and we were disappointed. The manager did take the steak off the check which was good.

Delicious food, attentive and friendly service and great upscale atmosphere! We will definitely stop by again! We stopped in for a late lunch and had the chicken salad melt (made with rotisserie chicken) and the Reuben melt. They were both delicious. The side of pimento cheese grits was tasty as well. Our server, Jacob, was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. All in all, a great experience!

Our server JT was the best, he was nice and his service was amazing. The food was absolutely great, I got the chicken parmesan and it had a lot of good flavors.

Delicious food and specialty cocktails! Attentive servers. Good entries' selections. Amazing, steakhouse dining atmosphere. One of our favorite dining places in the Smoky Mounttain area.

I had the Cajun Chicken Tortellini (pictured) with a diet coke. I will say there was just as much Chicken as there was Tortellini! The flavor was off the charts good. The wife had chopped steak with a baked potato and broccoli. She said it was all good, but couldn't get over the taste and perfectly cooked broccoli. We got the chocolate cake for dessert, to go, it was huge and oh so good. Our hostess and waiter were polite, patient, and very professional. Very nicely decorated and clean. This has been one of my favorite places to stop while visiting Sevierville the last couple years.

We were really looking forward to our dinner. The atmosphere was nice, menu looked good. Then our server came over and it went down hill from there. I’m not exaggerating when I say this may have been the worst service I’ve ever had! Eric was the server, I’m not sure if he even knew how to be a server! I hate writing things like that, but it was bad, he forgot we were there at one point and we didn’t see him for 15 minutes, when our food came out my Shepherd’s pie was excellent, but my wife’s salmon had no flavor, we tried to send it back right away, but Eric was nowhere to be found. He finally replaced the fish but he didn’t even apologize. Finally at the end the check came, I gave him my card, and he didn’t bring it back! The manager brought it to me, I told the manager this service and experience was horrible and unacceptable, and the MANAGER shrugged his shoulders! Seriously the owner or GM should be ashamed…but honestly they probably don’t care enough!

My husband and I are from Ohio, came to Tennessee for our honeymoon after being married last weekend and wanted to try new restaurants. Holston’s kitchen was amazing! We had the banana pepper appetizer and it was very different but delicious. Our server was pleasant and king. Will be back next time we are in town!

I used to not come here because I tried it 3 times and had a bad experience every time. I tried a fourth time and they had changed the menu and it was better so I’ve came here several times since. Tonight I ordered a filet and after waiting for a hot minute, the manager comes out and tells us that unfortunately the filet (in her words) had rotted and they tried cooking it and it still smelled bad. They already had my husband and sons food cooked and in the window before they came to tell me this and offer me another option. They offered the Hawaiian ribeye instead and I agreed. Since it was going to take longer they went ahead and brought out the other entrees but by this time they were already cold from sitting in the window. I ordered my steak medium and it came out really quickly to my surprise. It came out quickly because it was RAW. They came back and got it and threw the same steak back on the grill. When they brought it back out and I began to eat it I quickly realized it was at least 75% fat. The cheapest quality ribeye you can buy. After all of that, they brought out the check and really thought they had done something by comping one of our $12 appetizers and not the rotted/undercooked/fatty $33 steak that ruined our whole meal and made everyone else’s cold. The whole experience left a terrible taste in my mouth and I’m back to never eating here again. The worst $150 meal for 2 adults and 1 child I’ve ever experienced. Our server, Taylor, was the only bright spot of our visit.
