This was so bad. The service was slow. The bananas were black. The portions were way smaller than usual. I didn’t get all my food. How is serving black bananas even legal. Definitely getting one star. Plus i asked for a receipt and couldn’t get one.

Sat down and wasn’t acknowledged for over 15 minutes. No drink order. Nothing. So we left. That’s not how you treat people and I don’t like wasting my damn time. Other people were being served and like I said wasn’t even a single acknowledgement… like we were sat in a section with no freaking waiter!🤬

I’m a local, walking in every staff member that came across us on our visit, was amazing! Their attitudes and work ethic went above and beyond. Our Waitress was Abby!! She was the best waitress I’ve had in Sevierville as a local, that means a lot!!! Just wanted to give this place a shout out! Food was out in a short time and was hot and good!!!

always love IHOP. we stopped on the way back home. this location was right across the street from the hotel. had nice seating in the corner by window for my family. service was great and food is always good.
The place was very clean and pretty quick with the food. Service was 100/100, Thanks to our waiter Jacob, he was a delight and check on us threw out our time there. Highly recommend coming here.

Food was delicious and our server was fantastic. The service overall was one of the most efficient I’ve seen in a restaurant. You could tell the servers knew what they were doing. They were also really calm even when it started getting busy. Overall a great atmosphere and a great experience!
