The older lady that was supposed to be taking orders was standing bent over laying across on the customer side of the counter on her phone and didn't care to acknowledge us until my husband coughed and we continued to stand there and make our presence known as it was close to the time that they were to close after the app didn't work. This is why we went in and they told us that there was nothing they can do about the app because it was close to closing time and they didn't know anything about the app anyways and they were rather rude and did not care to want to take our order and then I finally said well we would like to order still and the short lady in the back told another employee don't go anywhere. They're ordering with a nasty attitude and upon completing our order another employee just came and put the bag of food on the counter didn't even let us know that it was ready or call our receipt number so we can grab our food while it was still hot. I then grabbed the bag and looked in it to see if it was ours as no one cared to bother to either hand us our food or cared whether or not we got our food. This is not the first issue we've had an issue with the short lady and her attitude and the atmosphere and the attitude is very unprofessional and unpleasant. If you don't like dealing with people, why are you in that line of work and we are pleasant people so there was no reason whatsoever to act or react that way .... Something really needs to done about these particular people and their horrible work ethic ...

Might be able get some help after the lady at the counter gets off her phone and talking to friends who come in to talk to them . Just needed some plates and sauces for my $60 worth of food and had to wait an extra almost 15 minutes or so. Kinda rude.

Spent $70 at the drive-thru, only to get home and realize we were missing a few items. Went back to have our order fixed, and the staff was rather rude and unapologetic. Don’t ask for higher wages if you’re only going to put in $7.25 worth of work ethic.

The server was rude. Iasled for condiments and she closed the window and preceded to act like I wasn't there. I knocked on the window, to which moved away from the area. She cam e back and started fixing drinks stilling ignorning us. She then opened the windowand asked for money for the next order. I asked again for condiments where she made a face and finally handed them to me. The restaurant was not busy and she had time to talk to her coworker. I would hate to think it was just because of my race at a TN location.
