Drive up order. I am so disappointed in KFC. The bone in chicken is not worth the cost. Eight piece, two sides, biscuits $30. The chicken are small pieces & have a lot of fat & very little meat on each piece. It does not taste like the traditional chicken we all came to love. The cream potatoes tasted watery. We’ve tried several times now hoping for change. I am disappointed in needing to give a negative review. I will not return. I do not recommend. Please make changes. KFC has been a staple in our lives. Disappointed. 😫

Expect long wait times and lackadaisical employees who couldn't care less about you or the quality of their own service standards. Door dashers beware - avoid like the plague. 10min wait for pot pies alone for first time I went. Second time, I had a customer order and I literally asked, "You haven't even started on the customer order??!" She just smiled at me like she was satisfied by telling me "Nope!"

Closed before time… I drove 20 minutes and CIA when I arrived they were closed when their schedule said they closed in 30 minutes
The short lady that was working the cash register was very disrespectful. It was around 8:40 pm January 21st. She definitely does not need to be working around the customers if she is going to have a bad attitude especially when people are coming in to give money to the company she works for. It says that this store closes at 10pm we walked in she was telling us everything they had which was barely nothing and she locked the doors. I would like a better experience next time if I’m coming in and spending my money.

Don't go through during second shift. Ordered for my special needs child and myself for dinner...got home and none of my food was present and didn't even get what I ordered for her! I'm going back tomorrow as I live 30 minutes away to get my money back.
