WOW, I was really pleased with the customer service we received tonight at this location!! I'll be honest, it's mostly hard to find a KFC in our areas of South Carolina!!! The chicken and our sides were really delicious!!! Everything tasted really fresh!!! I'll give a huge "GREAT JOB" to this location!!!

Went for a friend and she wanted to upsize the side and they said they could not do that!! WTH! Yes you can!! She said I could pay for extra side but could not upsize for combo! FKFC!! Will never go again!! Will support all their competitors that will upsize for the difference!! No wonder this place has horrible reviews!! Save your money and go else where!! FKFC!!

Asked to upsize side and was told she couldn’t but I could buy a lg separately! Thats such BS bc other kfcs do it! Also waited in line just to order - then told this- for 20 MINUTES for nothing!! Support competitors instead of wasting time and money at this horrible place! Will be letting everyone I know about their service!! FKFC

Terrible chicken at this location. I normally prefer KFC over Bojangles but in this case the Bojangles across the street consistently serves much better quality of chicken.
