Very friendly staff. Food is good the only thing I didnt like i couldn't get a burger without onions. Otherwise I had the corndog which was delicious.

My family stopped by for food and your employee who took my money at the drive thru window was wearing blue gloves who then after handing money from me and eveyone else before me she went and placed cheese onto the burgers without changing her gloves! Then had a attitude when I asked for my $50.00 refund. Do Better Krystals I mean I guess I better contact the state health department since Krystals in Pigeon Forge can't teach proper hygiene.

Second time we have been to this location and they have no ice cream available. The person was nice and she stated over several months they have had several issues with the ice cream machine and have xontacted the diatrict manager, "who is difficult to get a hold of" yo no avail. This is a tourist area, you should have all options available for which you advertise.
Nasty wouldn’t even be the right word to use . Cheese tasted spoiled I had to take it off. The bacon not done had to take that off. The bun was soggy, froze while eating in the middle of winter and the air conditioning was on. Unfriendly staff. Horrible experience I could pop a hamburger in the microwave and had a better outcome
