Second time we have been to this location and they have no ice cream available. The person was nice and she stated over several months they have had several issues with the ice cream machine and have xontacted the diatrict manager, "who is difficult to get a hold of" yo no avail. This is a tourist area, you should have all options available for which you advertise.

Nasty wouldn’t even be the right word to use . Cheese tasted spoiled I had to take it off. The bacon not done had to take that off. The bun was soggy, froze while eating in the middle of winter and the air conditioning was on. Unfriendly staff. Horrible experience I could pop a hamburger in the microwave and had a better outcome

Food was good but they kept asking us at the box what we wanted and we kept screaming back at them our order. So eventually we just had to pull around and order at the window which they seemed annoyed by. But it's like hello get your crap working correctly and maybe we won't have to do that. Oh well

Overpriced for what you get. Spend a couple of more dollars and go to McDonalds. Sandwiches were undercooked. Fries are very good. Avoid buying any separate drink as they charge over $3.
We just stopped about 15 min ago and got.our food. There were only 2 people working, but we were only ones ordering food. Not sure about son-in-law's food, but mine was nasty. Bought a patty melt. Bread not even toasted,.cheese still cold from fridge. Pickles made the bread soggy!! Fries hard and cold.
