I gave a one star, because it isn't possible to leave less! I order 12 krystal chick's, 12 cheese krystals, and 5 ff.... this is christmas eve, and I had made things special, because my boys won't eat condiments or pickles. The receipt of a $77 order was taped to the box of krystal chick's and all of them were wrong. The last pushed my husband out the door because they close at 7pm.... I understand everyone wants to be with their families on holidays, but come on, plain items ordered has all toppings on it, ava the receipt is taped to the box, seriously??? Did they not even read the order. Kicker is their phone just heros and hangs up on you..... I've been up since 4am, and this was our easy dinner....... now they don't have one, thanks krystals for ruining our Christmas eve with having no food!!!
Update: almost 2 weeks later I received a refund from Mark. I have still yet to receive an apology, or any kind words showing true remorse. The email i received only stated, your order has been refunded. No..... oh no! I am so sorry, or give us another chance. Sometimes kind words and apologies go WAY further than just refunding the money. The only apology I have received is the person answering these online reviews!! They really should find better management! This was their fault, and they showed they didn't care at all!! I worked Christmas eve and Christmas, so i chose something quick, if they don't want to make food on holidays, then close! I gave my guests the best experience they can get on Christmas eve and Christmas! I made sure their family left happy, even though i was away from mine!! Next year, they will be excited to spend just a little part of their Christmas with me! But my family will be buying food from a different restaurant! Taking responsibility is not something they are good at!!!

to anyone that comes to Sevierville Tennessee when you get off the interstate there is a big bold crystal sign if you are in a mood for that lovely burger you’ve always remembered and tasted stop think again do not go. It is dirty grungy the people there are not fun. The bathrooms are disgusting. They smell we seen bugs running across the floor in the kitchen area going under the fryer, the tables were not wiped. I hate to be a Karen but just visit it and you will see for yourself if this was my restaurant, it desperately needs a makeover or shut down. sincerely a crystals lover not today.🤬

ordered a pick 5 with my boyfriend, the wait time was abhorrent and the staff just stared at us awkwardly while they did drive thru orders first.
i ordered a regular chik, the woman working said it would be an upcharge for the chik and i said fine. she rings it up as a regular chik, and only when i get outside and take a bite do i realize she gave me a spicy one. i can't even have spice, and not once did she mention if that was all they had or anything. beyond furious. the regular krystals also tasted like they were made 12+ hours ago, and the glaze bombs were more glaze than anything, covering the entire bottom of the damn container.

First let me start by saying, I wouldn't even give them one star because it adds to their ratings. Me and my husband visited here because we wanted to see what the hype was about, where we live, we have White Castle. I would stick to it, not even because we had a bad experience, just because in my personal opinion, White Castle is better, here at Krystal, its literally a little burger with mustard on it. On another note though, it was late and we decided to stop. The business itself wasnt very busy at all, I'd say there were 2 cars in front of us and 2 behind us and the dining room was closed. It took FOREVER!!! I bet, after we got to the window and received our food, it took an additional 10 to 15 minutes to get a Strawberry shake. Ive worked fast food as a manager and the business was nothing that couldn't have been handled by 2, let alone 3 employees. This wasnt even the kicker though..... my husband ordered 3 or 4 Krystals, A bowl of chili and a strawberry shake, and I ordered their wings. Thank God I only get the lowest count of wings because they were absolutely terrible!!! So terrible that they actually made me sick! They were very tough, and cold, I actually heated them up when we arrived back to our room which is only 6 minutes away from this location. I'm pretty sure they were old and they if not old, they definitely weren't stored at the correct temperature because they made me absolutely sick!! I only took a few bites off of 2 wings before throwing them away. Nothing like being on vacation and having food poisoning, not even 24 hours after arriving to the area. For this experience alone, I would never eat at another Krystal, let alone this location. They simply can't be trusted now in my opinion. Stop being lazy and do better before you kill someone!!!!!!

I just went through the drive through and was blown away by the Customer Service I was greeted with a smile which made my bad day get a lil better !!! I asked for 2 of the employees names because it's not that common to get such great service!!! They were friendly, professional and my food was hot and soooooo good!! I want to thank Gavin and Brady for making my day better!!!
