They are rude the items were not even that good and they take forever

Customer Service was terrible. The food wasn’t even that good . They talk to you like you’re dumb. They also take long to make a simple order and even mess up, making it seem like it’s your fault. DON’T RECOMMEND!

Ok - not an adventurous guy, but this place is definitely worth the trip. So awesome.

Very disappointing. However service was very great, this is nothing like I expected. The strawberry ice cream had a very weird texture and tasted nothing like I had hoped.

My family tried 5 different items and we LOVED them all! Especially anything that had churros and the fruit con cremas. Will be back.

I got Nutella Con Creme and it was really good. I liked it a lot. They have a really big selection of items too.

i absolutely LOVE this store & everyone here. always friendly & very accommodating. i have been 5 days in a row this week because its so good. best dessert i have ever eaten. the Mangonada is my go-to fav, but the more i expand on their food options, the more i love eating here. from icecream, to drinks, to food, and desserts, its all amazing. the owner makes you feel welcomed, while her & her girls take great care of you. i cant say enough great things about this place. YOU HAVE TO TRY IT. its life changing if you have a big sweet tooth

My husband and I visited and were amazed. Was sooooo good! The staff were patient and explained everything to us and helped us decide what to try. The longer we sat there eating, the more amazing food we saw come out and now I want to try EVERYTHING! was impressed by the large portions. Hubby sampled some ice cream and loved it but we got too full to get desert. We are local in the area so I can't wait to go back! Thank you to Lupita for taking care of us.

I had high hopes, but this place was a total disappointment. The chocolate ice cream didn’t even taste like ice cream—just frozen, flavorless mush. The mangonada was ruined by unripe, sour mango, and the fresas con crema were so sugary they could give someone diabetes. Everything tasted cheap and artificial. If you want real, authentic Mexican desserts, either go to California or take a trip to Mexico—this place doesn’t even come close. Definitely not worth the money.

Strawberry aguas frescas is my favorite. Esquites are always good too.
