Do not ever come to this location placed online order to be ready by 1:35 large group came in place in person order workes kept giving pieces of my order to them did not get food till 2:15. Very dissatisfied.

At the time of my review i had been here for over 30 minutes... it's been almost an hour. We were just told they're short staffed. Let's normalize telling customers this BEFORE their order is placed. ZERO COMMUNICATION from staff and they have the audacity to get mouthy when customers get upset. Close this place if you can't do better. Hot and ready is an absolute JOKE! DO NOT ADVERTISE IT IF YOU CAN'T DO IT. Waiting over 30 minutes for something that's supposed to be ready is inane. AVOID THIS LOCATION and go literally ANYWHERE else. Matter of fact... go home, make your own sauce, dough, and cheese and you'd still be getting your pizza faster than this.

I think it's real shitty when you're at the register and you start talking and a customer comes in the door and the person at the register wants to turn around and start helping the other person and just push you off to the side I think that's real shitty so I did not get to order food from there I just walked out and I will continue doing so every time I get pushed to the side after another customer comes in this has been the third time this has happened I don't care if it's their family I don't care if it's their friends I don't care if it's their boyfriend or girlfriend you do not push customers aside to start helping them first That's one way to lose business this store has really gone downhill

Do not go to this location, they are beyond slow! I could have almost driven to Knoxville and it would have been faster. Told it would be 20 minutes. Then another 15, then another 8-10!

This place is the worst you think being located in one of the biggest tourist town that the service would be fast and most of food we order should of been hot and ready online order 2:45pm not getting food untill 4:20 pm I had to do a review but this isn’t the first time you guys need do better

I was in and out within 30 seconds. 4 pepperoni pizzas and they all tasted (mostly) great. They seemed pretty busy too. I'll definitely be back.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and had a terrible experience. DoorDash delivered the wrong order, so I called Little Caesars. They immediately blamed DoorDash instead of helping. DoorDash came back with a second order, but it was still wrong—and the food was cold and burnt.
I called Little Caesars again, and the manager had an attitude with me, then hung up while I was trying to explain the issue. When I called back, another employee also blamed DoorDash and offered no real help. I ended up paying $37 for burnt, cold pizza, missing items, and zero customer service.
This store’s management is unprofessional and disrespectful. They don’t take responsibility, and they clearly don’t value their customers. I will not be ordering from this location again.
