Spring break week my family came here to get a hot and ready pizza for a quick bite to eat. There weren’t any pizzas ready to grab. We waited about 10 minutes and no employee had been to the counter to help any of the other people that were in line in front of us so we left and ate else where. It seemed they weren’t properly staffed for the large spring break. crowd. However the manger was working hard making & cutting pizzas.

We live locally. Little Ceaser is supposed to be hot and ready. We went in on Friday afternoon march 28 and was advised an hour wait for any item. Nothing was ready nothing coming out what happened to hot and ready. With wait times like that should have offered a discount or a free drink. I mean not even Pizza Hut domino’s or papas has wait like that and they offer better quality and better/friendlier service

It wasn't what I would expect out of this normally good restaurant. I was a little upset being that I stopped for a hot and ready pizza which they told me the wait would be 25 minutes on the same pizzas that they advertise will be ready when you show up. I understand sometimes gets busy and it takes time to cook, but during the off season I wouldn't expect it to take longer than a specialty pizza when it is advertised hot & ready when you arrive

Never had a bad pizza here. They are short on help so patience is needed. The older gentleman that took my order was nice to me. This is a tourist town and packed out and most places are short staffed.

The cashier working is awful and rude would not help no one one guy asked for help. Because it was saying his food was there & it was not . Then two young hispanic. Came in and he was really awful to them another customer told him to be nice . He is awful this guy does not need to at the front of the store . Beyond rude making awful comments to customers . Manger was right then and he seemed like he was not worried what was taking place ! As another customer ordered extra cheese on their pizza and there was like oh well we don’t do that well if they pay for extra cheese, they should get extra cheese so they’re charging people for it but not giving it to him. That is wrong again As a customer what I just seen in the 15 to 20 minutes I had to stand in there waiting for food in the customer service level that this gentleman that employee was giving people and the basic slurs that he was saying to the young Hispanic gentleman that came in they did nothing wrong. You don’t do that hopefully this gets fixed. Because it really really upset me with a comment he made to those young Hispanic men that came in there . We should be treating everyone with respect these day. They was paying customers this took place Thursday 2/20/25 730ish pm

Thick crust wasn't done
Just tried to grab a pizza from here. Old man behind the counter literally yelled online order only at me as I walked in the door. Super rude.

The order placed on their website is processed by the store and delivery is handled by Doordash. As soon as the order was placed the doordash delivery was accepted by Daylin and sent the text (screenshot attached). My brother in law visiting placed the order and I didn’t wanted him to pay for this but he still did it so I told him that let me at least pay tip. I was in assumption that doordash will be able to help resolve this issue but to find out that they can’t even process refunds even though the platform fees, service fees and delivery fees was charged.
Since the order was proceed on little ceasers website and refund had to be processed by the store. The store never picked up my calls and to solve this issue had to go in person. Store was understaffed even to get someone at the front it took about good 10 mins and that too one of the person had to demand attention since a lot of us were just waiting to speak with someone.
Order placed on their website paid for it. The store/driver had an audacity to demand tip prior to service sending a text message. The order was paid with delivery fees and service fees both which was already $8 over the order total ! Tips are based on service provided and I am glad I didn’t tip.
