I'm not sure how they expect older people to sit in those high table tops or even people with young children. I decided to take my food home but was shocked when I opened up the container the fish is half the size it used to be and they only give you half the amount of everything else that goes with the fish. The shrimp were weird because they had like a different powder on them than they used to and they were kind of rubbery. When I called them to ask about the fish they said that's the size they've always served and I said I am sorry but I have eaten there for the last 3 years until they tore the building down. That is not the size of fish or shrimp that they used to serve. Because we're in a tourist town we get charged twice the price at all of these restaurants in town. I can go to McDonald's in Harriman Tennessee and get a Americano for $2 and they charged almost $4 here in Sevierville. The egg McMuffin has gotten so small they could not make it any smaller and double the price. A large fry is $5 and they only feel the container half full.

Wow! Best place to eat if you want good seafood fast! I love long, John Silvers, and always have! I love seeing this place with such a big crowd! I can’t believe I got my food handed to me before I even put my wallet back in my pocket. The front girl who took my order is amazing! She’s a gem! So kind and helpful! I wish I knew your name, but I didn’t catch it. She wears glasses is all I can say. Super super super customer service! Only thing I want to say and it’s not really a negative is that there were so many people in the restaurant complaining about the ketchup and the tartar sauce being in those tiny packets. I understand because I hate that too. Long John Silvers management listen closely… It’s better to lose a little ketchup and tartar to waste than to lose customers who don’t want to sip and open 30 packets of ketchup just to get a piece of fish or fries covered. Don’t be cheap, this is your only issue at this store. Don’t waste the opportunity over something silly. Anyway, I’m giving you five stars because it’s the second day in a row that I’ve come to have lunch and it has been great both times!

The kiosk ordering system here is a sorry joke.
It either needs to get replaced or completely removed. System freezes up and you practically have to hit the kiosk for a selection to be made.
Totally wasting valuable time and causing backups.
Dining area was messy and customers were having to clean their table before sitting down.
Also, why should we have to request tater sauce, cocktail sauce in a seafood restaurant. Along with salt and pepper.
Ice machine in dining room was not working. Instead of filling up cups with ice the staff would just hand people a cup without asking them if they wanted ice in cup first.
Staff here need to be retrained on better customer service skills and cleaning as well.
We love LJS but this location will probably be our last visit here.

Like the old restaurant but the new one brings new life back to old favorite sea food restaurant

This is a nice clean restaurant to eat. The fish is cooked well and tasty. The sides need some work. Green beans were bland and the slaw was watery. I got th 2 piece fish meal, the menu board stated is was 10.99 I was charged 11.99 not sure why. I also did not get a drink with this meal. Service was good and quick and the young lady was very nice.

I had the 2pc fish & 3pc chicken and it was delicious. However the waffle fries were cooked too hard.
