We stopped by for dinner as we don’t have that many Long John Silvers in NJ. The food was prepped fresh and the hospitality very nice. One of our fried order was late and by the time it was announced we were done eating. The lady at the counter was very nice and aplologetic( in the customer service sense). Southern hospitality we said to ourselves and left smiling

Good was great. Restaurant was clean. The cashier was just not with things today. She forgot part of our change. The condiment container was empty. Cashier took to long taking orders. We only got part of our order. When we questioned where the other dinner was? She had to see our receipt then went back to find the other part of order. She brought it to the table no excuses offered. Food was great.

My husband and I went to long johns silvers today, First of all, they had someone taking orders that didn’t know what they were doing, he messed up our order , and when we received the food it was barely warm and extremely extremely greasy..NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!! ?

Food was good but I paid $18 for a 2 PC fish meal and a drink. That is CRAZY. I paid $15 for a 6 oz Sirlion meal at Texas Roadhouse last night. $18 for 1 meal at a fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. I also got given 1 tiny packet of tarter sauce and 2 packets of ketchup. If I'm paying that for a meal, please at least pass out enough sauce for the food.

Definitely wasn’t a good day to visit. Has been better in the past before. But today was something else. They were extremely short staffed and it didn’t help that the old geezers kept complaining that they didn’t have their order and drive thru was faster. The workers did their best to get things done. Even if they did mess up/miss things from being overwhelmed and trying to move fast. But hey, you gonna have that from time to time and just need to be patient with it.

had gone through drive thru now for my 3rd time out of tarter again, every time I go there they are always out of something! get home after a 15 mile drive and 15.00 dollars later order was not complete now that was my fault for not checking, but still! tried calling phone, phone is out of order and so forth how can you run a business with out a phone! well Capt D's it is!
