After waiting over 30.00 minutes curb side for 2 mint shakes, I called the store. I was told they would be out soon. When they were delivered, they were warm. I took them back to drive thru and asked for a refund. The guy at the window told me I would need to give him the two shakes back. As I handed him the first one, he grabbed the top and causing it to spill. He said he would not give me a refund and slammed the drive-through window closed. The guy at the window told me he was the manager, but he refused to tell me his name.

Sitting at the drive through waiting to order I'm in the outer lane and whoever was taking orders took 2 cars in front of me mind you I'm so I'm already feeling sick and I don't like to complain but when blood sugar drops bad things happen this McDonald's needs Todo better

Every single time you go to this location they are rude make you seem like your taking yo their time or barley speak. The drive thru is completely trash and you should hope you get all your food or don’t need sauce they forgot to gave you.

They need to start listening to when they have drive through orders and they need to make sure they repeat the orders before asking the guest is your order on the screen correct you want $15 an hour make sure your orders you get before you get them are correct and not missing items

I come here daily and still get disappointed. The staff is nice, but can I pay extra for some hot fresh fries? Only drinks from now on even though the price is almost double than 407.
Went inside there was no one working the counter, so we went to the drive thru and we were shorted on our food.

The customer service at this location has went downhill, not proved it tremendously. I go through the drive-through order my granddaughter something to eat and to get my change back unfastened my seatbelt put my car in park and get out of my car to get the change because the cashier did not want to stand up. Do you think I want to get out of my car in the freezing cold no, I don’t can you not stand up and I tried making a phone call to their number and it will not ring it goes straight to the voicemail is not been set up which I don’t know why they are not taking calls, but a manager needs to be aware of this and a cashier needs to be standing, I understand, but when you have somebody either cashback, you need to stand up and have a little bit more customer service good thing I’m not your manager because y’all would be, no no no
