Got my order wrong twice good lord its not that hard I worked at McDonald's as a kid for 3 years read the screen and make it the way it says it's that simple

They haven't been able to do a frappe in over six months, I've checked time and time again. I lost 4500 points at this location that I used for a frappe. Is the machine broken? Are they ever going to fix it? Or is it simply too much work for them to make a drink advertised on the menu? I'm about fed up with the whole company.

Manager was EXTREMELY rude in the kitchen and when I asked to speak to her face to face she refused to come to the register. She was being mean to her employees who said they had something and when they went to the back she just yelled at them “WHY WOULD YOU SAY WE HAD THAT WE DONT HAVE TIME TO DO ALL THIS EXTRA STUFF TO MAKE THEM HAPPY” meanwhile the restaurant was slow with only 6 other people in it and no one in the drive thru. I asked the person helping me if I could speak to the manager who I heard and they went to try to get them and the female manager just refused. If you hate your job just say that. You work customer service it’s the whole point to make the customer happy if they aren’t being rude and unreasonable. I wasn’t yelling I just simply asked for an item and the cashier said they had it then he got berated by the manager. I should have yelled at her for being mean to the cashier.

They charged me for too many drinks. Forgot to put the toy in my son's happy meal and once I got my food I had to remind them to give us our drinks. Poor customer service.
