Like the forks of the river parkway location, they have said they haven't been able to make Frappes in a month. The other location hasn't been able to do it in over 6 months. Is the machine broken, or is it really just too much work for them? I used to come here every day, but I've given up on being able to leave work after a long day and get the one drink I want. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went thru drive thru. Placed the order. Paid, went to first window. It was covered in advertisements or something. I could not see thru, thought maybe next window. Same thing so I had to knock on the windows to get my order. Pure aggravation.

Not a single person at this store can speak English. They can't even get a basic order correct. I had to explain my order 5 times to the guy before he got it right.
