I'm tired of drinks that aren't full and fries that are no where near full. If I wanted a smaller size I wouldn't pay for the bigger one

I ordered thru the app and when I left I did not receive my whole order ( missing hashbrowns). Tried multiple times to call the store and no one answers their phone. I have had similar problems there before and took the off chance things changed but it hasn't so I guess I will no longer be going there.

Foreigner on drive thru can't understand basic English, chooses whatever, adds wrong items and cannot complete and order. Always the wrong order or missing items. Food burnt and extremely small. Not worth it for the over-priced items.

I ordered an unsweetened tea with no ice and three sweet-&-lows. Had to explain what it was and describe that they were the pink packets. The first guy at the drive through said he didn’t understand and passed it off to a non English speaking person who said oh yes then processed to hand me three blue packets. I said thank you and went on but truthfully….blue isn’t pink. If you know you know.
In case you didnt know all McDonalds have removed their drink fountain. Now you have to wait in line and beg for a water or a drink. All M Donalds have redesigned into a gross ugly green jail type ordering area. Gone are the bright areas you love. Its a depressing stay away zombie zone. STAY AWAY!

Went to get breakfast at 0600 today and no one wanted to answer the intercoms I sat there for 5 minutes there was no one else in line when I passed by the pay window they were sitting there staring at the computer screen.
I kind of balked when I was given my total, surely a couple of happy meals shouldn’t be $20. The guy in the window asked if it was my first time eating at that location. Apparently, according to him, Dolly Parton owns the road in front of them and everything is more expensive on that road. Bojangles and Aubrey’s have the same menu as every other location, but not McDonalds. They’re price gouging hungry people leaving the park. Not only that, my order was wrong and food was missing. My advice is to wait until you get to the parkway and eat normally priced food. 0 out of 10, would not recommend.

Since you can’t answer the phone and i called 14 times can you ask your cooks if they know how to make a cheeseburger with extra stuff in it cause i ordered a cheeseburger with extra ketchup onions and salt and i got none of that but i did get an extra unwanted Pattie please do better it’s like yall can never make an order correct i get the same order every time and you never do any of the requests
