Went thru drive thru. Placed the order. Paid, went to first window. It was covered in advertisements or something. I could not see thru, thought maybe next window. Same thing so I had to knock on the windows to get my order. Pure aggravation.

A little slow but I believe that is due to the fact that the order process slows the process doen a bit. The issue with this location is the fact that they keep the temperature ridiculously cold. So cold you cannot sit inside with your kids. To the point of it being very frustrating.

I ordered an unsweetened tea with no ice and three sweet-&-lows. Had to explain what it was and describe that they were the pink packets. The first guy at the drive through said he didn’t understand and passed it off to a non English speaking person who said oh yes then processed to hand me three blue packets. I said thank you and went on but truthfully….blue isn’t pink. If you know you know.
