Had a bad experience with a woman who works there. Ordered from app, but an extra fry was added. I know I didn't add another, especially because looking back at the order history it didn't include the extra fry. Stopped by the next day and was told by someone that I had to go through the app for a refund. I used to work for this franchise chain, Scooter Foods, and I knew that wasn't right. We refunded everything. I came in again the next day, and tried to show them the McDonald's website that said to go to the store you ordered from and resolve the issue there, aka, get a refund. A big woman who seemed to hate her job was very rude and dismissive with me. I had to ask 6 times for a refund, and she finally begrudgingly gave it to me. I then tried to share the McDonald's website, where it directly said to go to this store for a refund, and she completely ignored me, scoffed, and walked away. Abhorrent service.

There are some good people there who are accurate and sweet, but most of them are entitled, and they hate life, giving that attitude to customers.

Orders are usually accurate, unlike most McDonald's, so that's cool.

This specific franchise chain is terrible. Overworked, underpaid, understaffed, under supported, and uncared for. The owner doesn't care that his employees are suffering and therefore making the customers suffer.
