MUCHACHO ALEGRE MEXICAN RESTAURANT

Walking into Muchacho Alegre, you know you're in for authentic Mexican cuisine, but what I discovered was a level of steakhouse quality I never expected. One of the best ribeye steaks I have ever tasted. Recommend by the great Manager Yuli. Great choice!!!!

I’ve always driven by this place wondering how good the food could be, I’ve been trying to find a good quality Mexican restaurant for the longest time. But I decided to come here with my wife to try it and I can say for certain that this was the best Mexican restaurant in Sevierville. The atmosphere and service were incredible, one in particular, Yuli was very professional and friendly. She made sure we always had what we needed and always kept a great attitude. I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Sevierville area, especially those that want something new and unique.

This was my first time here because I had seen it but never really stopped by but I am so glad I did! The food was amazing so fresh and good! Yuli, which i believe was the manager, was so welcoming and was truly amazing! She made sure me and my husband had everything we needed for a nice beautiful meal. I 10/10 recommend this place! Food and service was excellent. Will be returning as a regular.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming — colorful, lively, and full of that authentic Mexican charm. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and the service was fast and friendly.

Now, the food… wow. Every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with love. The tacos were fresh and perfectly seasoned, the guacamole tasted like it was made just minutes ago, and the margaritas were the best I’ve had in a long time — perfectly balanced and refreshing.

You can tell this place takes pride in its ingredients and presentation. Whether you’re here for a casual dinner, date night, or to celebrate with friends, this restaurant is a must-visit. I left full, happy, and already planning my next visit!

We came here on vacation, had decent reviews so came here to celebrate birthdays and family time. Everyone enjoyed the food, and everything was okay until it came time to pay the bills. My bill was one of three. Had 2 extra things that were not ordered, and the waiter had the nerve to argue with me! I ordered three adult meals and a kid meal for my young babies. They apparently brought the wrong item to the table , and all 11 in the group didnt know what it was, we waited for the kids meal and finally asked another waiter that wasnt ours to get it. I asked for a manager and she wasnt that great and she digged through dirty dishes to show me the food they brought out (which I didnt order) then asked for a side of jalapeños that I didnt order off as well. They acted like a $7.99 kids meal and a side of $3 jalapeños was gonna shut the place down. Plus I understand its a tourist town but to add 20%
Tip for 4 meals is ridiculous.. I can spend way less at other Mexican restaurants that wont treat me like trash..
