This is hands down my favorite place to get Japanese food from. The food has always been great every single time. The staff are always so happy to see you. The sweet tea is always so good as well. If you are used to a Kobe or sit down showexperience- this is more of an express version.Order at the counter, wait for your take out or sit and eat in the building.Meat chunks are larger than we liked.The carrots are from a can. There are no onions or zucchini in the vegetable mix.The noodles are flavorless and are not the typical flat noodles. More like a dry ramen.If you get the chicken, steak, and shrimp "combo" please note you only get 3 small shrimp.California roll and White Sauce were good.

I looked on Google maps and this was the highest rated Asian restaurant in Pigeon Forge. I've used this process before and it didn't let me down this time. Everyone talked about it being a super nice family run buisness. The girls behind the counter couldn't be any sweeter. Friendly and helped us pick our meal. She checked on us several times during our meal. I got Hibachi chicken that was flavorful chunks of tender white meat cooked perfectly. It had mushrooms which I don't like but upon eating one found them to be fantastic. I don't like the texture of mushrooms but these were firm and had the flavor of the forest. I ate every one and I never do that. The rice was plentiful and seriously good with the yum yum sauce. Lastly I had the best sweet carrots I've ever eaten. Soft and sweet like candy. Their yum yum sauce is next level and really compliments the Hibachi chicken. It was an excellent meal in a clean pleasantly decorated cozy space. If memory serves me correctly I believe Nagano Japan hosted the winter Olympics. The dining area is decorated with pictures and some look familiar. I'll have to ask them about that when we go back. We will be going back as it was a wonderful dining experience. I highly recommend a visit to Nagano in Pigeon Forge.
Oh My Goodness!! Staying down in Sevierville and did a Restaurant search and found this place. I had the Hibachi Chicken, my husband had the Hibachi Steak for lunch. The veggie egg roll was delicious.The portion size was perfect. The flavors were very delicious. You serve yourself for your drink. The price is aligned with todays cost.The place is very clean. All of the staff was kind. They come and take your plate and the napkin box ask you to please leave your plate. No worries, they will come take your plate when you are done so you can enjoy your conversation without the dishes in front of you. A personal plus for me.Overall this is a Great place to eat. We will come back here when in the area.If you love Japanese Hibachi or Teriyaki this is one of the best Restaurants we have tried. Give them a try.Parking: Plenty of space.
Extremely friendly family run business! Consistently good and the service is quick! Also, the place is top to bottom clean which is a huge plus for me ? Their Hibachi chicken dish with the yum yum sauce and sweet carrots are my absolute favorite!
Teriyaki chicken was really good. Our favorite sushi roll was the Sevierville out of the 4 we tried. You go in and order and pay at the counter and they bring the food out to your table. We didn’t wait long for our food. Self serve for your drinks. Defiantly recommend!

It was not bad. Not as good as last March. Ordered teriyaki steak with no broccoli. Was not much steak. Carrot portion was fine. Paid over 15 dollars. I paid 4 dollars less 6 months back. Inflation has not gone up that much. I will likely try their competition then come back.
