Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Order delivery, salad great and bread. The spaghetti was under cooked and clumpy. The chicken parm hard. Prices was decent but this time the quality wasn’t there.

Waited 20 minutes after order was completed and marking myself arrived on curbside pickup. Finally went in and got my order, receiving it mostly cold. Don't like them taking your tip first then sticking you with terrible service.

Miguel was our waitress and he was amazing! Constant refills, great humor, and caring. Apart from that it was a great experience in this Olive Garden, and would totally recommend. 10/10

We had a problem with our seating, and we left the restaurant feeling very disappointed.
However, when I reported the issue through Olive Garden's website a few days later, I was impressed by their very polite and sincere response.
I thought they were a very trustworthy company.

Came in on New Year’s Day one hour after opening. Parking lot was about 1/4 full. Lobby was packed but all tables were EMPTY except FIVE. Was told 30-45 minute wait due to no staff. If you can’t staff your restaurant on a holiday don’t bother opening. Losing money left and right by serving five parties at a time is ridiculous.

I got food poisoning from their chicken Alfredo last night. I’ve been sick since 4 am and I’m on vacation with family that I don’t get to enjoy now. Really upset about it. The chicken tasted off I only ate 2 or 3 pieces and the Alfredo tasted off too. Our waitress was amazing and service was great. Now I’m paying the consequences of chicken Alfredo :(

Love this Olive Garden. Friendly and focused staff, welcomed to eat at the bar if you don't have time or are inpatient and don't want to wait for a table to clear. They also take their time and don't rush you to order or rush you to leave so others can get a table.

I usually enjoy Olive Garden, but this experience was very disappointing. We were a group of 21 waiting to be seated, and the host told us it would take more than 45 minutes. Since I have two little ones (1 and 2 years old), I placed an online order so they could eat in the car while we waited for our table. When I went to the counter to let them know I was waiting for the online order, the manager told me that because I mentioned I was part of the large group waiting to be seated, he had to cancel my online order. That made no sense to me — he said that if I hadn’t gone to ask, the order would have gone through without an issue. I asked for a supervisor, and he told me he was the highest authority in the building. Although he remained polite, the decision was unreasonable and created an unnecessary problem. I was simply trying to feed my children while waiting for a long table turn. This experience left me genuinely frustrated, and I hope the restaurant reconsiders how situations like this are handled in the future.
