My chicken parm was overcooked, and 1/2 was not editable.

On yesterday I placed a to go order the to go specialist Crissy was amazing. Upon returning home and inspecting my food I found that the Chicken Scampi was overcooked and dry. I had a family emergency and could not contact the restaurant that day. I tried to eat my food upon returning home and it felt as if I was eating tumble weed the food was so dry so I went in today and asked for a manager. Reese the manager met with me and I explained my situation to him and his response was he could give me extra sauce. This was the best he could do. The food was improperly prepared when I received it. The to go specialist tried to help me. Her customer service skills were far more impressive than the manager. I will not be visiting the Olive Garden in Sevierville again the manager has no empathy for his customers. I wasn’t trying to get anything for free I just wanted him to remake my order.

We ordered some food for dine in and some for take out. Food is good, just like any olive garden.
The lady was friendly and helpful. But messed up the take out order. Missed on our dessert.

The food was great as always. Our booth was in a terrible spot. Having worked in restaurants I know that they know where the bad seats are and to be put there when it wasn't that busy wasn't great. They put us right in the walkway that the servers used to go to the kitchen. We could hear the kitchen the whole time banging on the other side of the wall.

Average Italian food. This time I got the limited time 3 meat cheese manicotti. It was good but basic. Nothing special but it wasn't bad. Our server was great. He was very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Olive garden is a good general Italian food stop. Prices were around 18-20 bucks for an entrée.

Save yourself do not go here as we were waiting for 20 to 25 minutes I had to use the washroom it was absolutely disgusting toilet paper all over the place toilet paper outside of the men's washroom then we sat down on our table and it was only 8:00 at night the place is open till 10:00 and they said they're almost running out of the gnocchi soup fold-up and close the doors if you're not going to run a business properly not only that Pigeon Forge Tennessee is overrated save your money go somewhere else

We had a party of 7. The food was good, and the service was efficient—but unfortunately, the experience was ruined by our waiter. While he was quick and got our orders right, his attitude and lack of basic manners made the meal uncomfortable. He never said thank you, showed no courtesy, and had a generally unpleasant demeanor. Someone with such poor people skills should not be in a customer-facing role. It’s a shame because the kitchen did a great job, but service matters just as much. Would only return if the staff improved.

The hostess was immediately rude from the beginning. The service was awful and I didn’t even want to order from him. I got up from the booth and left. Do better.

Ordered to go. Food came out on time but that was only positive. Food lacked flavor, not enough dressing for salad given, breadsticks could be considered a weapon as hard and over cooked as they were. Pastas were all lacking flavor. By far one of the worst Olive Garden experiences ever. Not to mention in tourist area so you pay more for sub par quality as Olive Garden elsewhere.

We had an individual in our group with special dietary needs, our local Olive Garden makes a sauce for her every time. We thought we could go here, called ahead explained the situation, the GM's response was just "nope" and hing up.... Like I get you may not want to do it. But like it was a pretty rude response.

Good food and service, a little pricey. About $90 for two adults and child, including tips.
