Was our first time eating Olive Garden and probably our last. This is where my daughter wanted to go for her birthday dinner. Food was dry and bland. When my wife asked for a cup of extra sauce the waitress blew and rolled her eye. Then, by the time she brought the sauce back almost 10 minutes later, the food was already cold. Was not impressed at all. There was four of us that ate there and I can say without a doubt that this was the worst $106 dollars I have spent on a dinner.

This restaurant has broken my heart. It use to be a tasty treat every so often. The menu has changed and it would appear the only things left are frozen options. The salad was mostly lettuce bones and there was a huge brown root last time. The service seems to be the one thing they do have right.

Arrived at 11:30am, my son has been patiently waiting to eat here during our trip. There is no one eating in the restaurant, the host proceeds to tell my husband, “we only have three servers and they don’t want to take on a big party right now.” There is 8 in my family, which takes one server every restaurant we go.My family could not eat, because you do not feel like working right now. Thank you Olive Garden

20 minute wait turned to 45-50 minutes. Drinks took 10 minutes. Bread sticks took 15 minutes, because they were "being made fresh"...not hot or fresh. Asking for anything we need took entirely too long. "Can I have some ranch please?" - took 10 minutes. Had to get my own silverware. Messed up our check. 2 hours after entering the building we were able to leave. Food was ok overall. Tristen was the only good thing this place has going for them.

The hostess up front has a huge attitude problem, even right at opening time… Even gave me a nasty look as she walked by, seating another table beside us.The woman answering the phones for to-go orders also has a very rude demeanor towards people calling in. We overheard a few calls while waiting for our table and were shocked…But… the food was great! My server did accidentally charge me for the full size version, rather than the lunch portion that I had ordered. I didn’t mention anything because leftovers from OG are always welcome. I just think she could’ve been more careful! She gave us great service!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options!

Didn't even get to eat, got terrible seats between the entrance and the bar, when I asked to get seated somewhere in the back since I've never been here and wanted to see the establishment they said it would be a few more minutes, as we waited the few more minutes I overheard the hostess tell a waiter in Spanish "if they would like we can sit them in the kitchen". Got up and left.
