We ordered online through Panda Express and had a horrible experience with the food here. Our togo boxes were barely half full, with an okay amount of meat but almost no chow mein in them at all. What little chow mein there was had several burnt pieces, but was about 75% vegetables. We ordered cream cheese ragoons, and while normally i think they're okay, these made me gag and spit them out because they tasted almost spoiled. The veggie rolls were the best part and they still tasted weird, like they had been sitting under the warmer for hours and maybe even overcooked. I love Panda Express, but this was a huge disappointment.

We always eat at a pnada express when ever we are out and about. Rice was a little hard so my kids wasn't too happy about that. Broccoli was very tough made my teeth hurt. I think they got in a hurry cause they were crowded.

John rose and Zackary maclellan… are Writing this review based on just getting home.. after I picked up my food. I needed some drinks at Casey’s gas station so I would say 30 minutes after pick up. Being a local I always know my favorite spots to go to… I love panda. I always go here. My apartment is nearby… I was in drive through for a few extra minutes.. getting an order for three which of course not a big deal… especially if it’s a double order of certain chicken with a few sides… I get it.. it’s Friday.. as long as there working to prepare it, it doesn’t matter to me.l.. especially when you are polite.I got home. And opened my food… and this is literally DISGUSTING. The fact a bite of my food was taken, I have never had this happen here. This is truly so disgusting.The health department needs to come over there at this point, I have always been a respectful customer.. but this is a first. Threw it straight in the trash. Photos provided.Will be contacting corporate and the health department… this is truly gross and will never be back again. Hope it was worth it
I guess you have to remember it's fast food. The rice was undercooked and flavorless. By the time we sat down, the food was cold. It was clean and friendly.

Do not eat at this location. My husband has stage 3 cancer and is rarely hungry anymore. Therefore, when he craves something, I make sure I get it for him.While eating his food, he found a cockroach cooked into the chicken he was eating. In all of the years that we have eaten at restaurants or fast food places, I have never ever found bugs in our food. This location needs a health inspection visit immediately.This obviously made my husband very nauseous and sick. Will be contacting the Sevier county health department first thing in the morning.
