Not as good as Papa John's on Parkway. Almost no sauce, pepperoni scarce, as little as 2 pieces per slice. Overall not a good experience. Don't think I will use this one again.

Pizza was hot, staff was curtious, but my poor garden pizza plus pepperoni had very few veggies, and 4 pepperoni. Looked very sad. But hey thier cheese pizza taste good, just don't pay for anything extra, you probably won't get it.

Ordered a pizza from the Sevierville location. It was delivered by door dash. We waited over an hour and it wasn’t even in a hot bag when it was delivered. We had to microwave it. Called and complained and was told sorry for the inconvenience. Will not be ordering from them again.

My husband Dallas Morrison went up there around 2 today and y'all just wasted his time cause the manager wanted to be late for 40 minutes well I called corporate and I hope that this doesn't happen to anybody else

Quick and hot. People were extremely nice and had excellent attitudes. Pizza was pretty good.

My dad offered pizza when I arrived and was shocked to see that it was from Papa John's. The presentation was negative 1000. Pepperoni was thrown everywhere on and off the pizza. The excuse was that it's thin crust. The pizza looked as if an infant used the pizza for playtime. This is why I eat Mellow Mushroom.

In a busy tourist town where restaurants seem to close before attractions do. The Papa's late night availability was a life saver .
