Ordered a pizza and some chicken wings, the pizza was thrown in the box and looked like it was thrown by the delivery driver and the chicken wasn’t even cooked it was cold and rubbery like a bouncy ball called to get a refund and was told no that I would have to drive the food to them and get it replaced but no refund Horrible service Horrible food shitty place never again.

So, the food is great but evidently they hire only the mentally deficient.
No shade on anyone who is divergent BUT when you want an item delivered accurately to the right place, these clowns don't seem to know how to do it.

Phenomenal customer service right before closing- didn’t realize how late it was and they pulled out 9 pizzas extra fast with no complaints!

Your boneless wings suck booty cheeks. The service was good, the pizza was good, but I wouldn’t even feed a starving animal on the side of the road your boneless wings. ?????????

Whoever told Papa how cook a pizza .new wat they were talking about .I love there pizzas live there sause and garlic butter sauce fabulous food good ? pizza and bread sticks. Would go twice week .but there's the wife . ?

We have been going here for years, also ordering with delivery as well. We only order cheese bread, That's it . We ordered on the phone with the manager Chris. Ordering was fine .Ordere arrived, warm. Half burnt, half with no garlic sauce and no cheese.
Called store, Chris answered the phone , Told him how they arrived and asked if the chef was mad today ? He got angry with me and said : I made that order , It looked fine when it left the store. Then asked me what I wanted. I said a refund and I could bring half the order back. He said No . I asked for corporates number , He was upset and said : ypu can find it yourself on-line. I asked do you always treat people like this ?? He hung up. I CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE.......Waiting on refund and an apology. We will Not order from here again.

We usually get pizza every Friday for family fun night. It is always freshly made and pretty fast and the customer service is always acceptional.

We ordered pizza though Uber eats about 3 nights ago. This use to be my go to place for pizza. I got off work second shift and l had my son order the pizza about 11 pm. I was starving and we had 2 large pizzas and he ordered chicken wings with cheesy bread. The pizza tasted like its was a week old and they gave us chicken fingers instead. None of it was edible!!! The next day I took it back to papa John’s and they said sorry we don’t give out refunds because you ordered through Uber eats. I said well you made the food!!! So the moral of the story is, DO NOT EAT THERE AGAIN!!!

I had placed an order thru Uber Eats for a cheese pizza(and even though I had the order which showed I ordered CHEESE) it was sent to Papa Johns as a Sausage pizza. I contacted Uber eats they were willing to do nothing, so I contacted the store and spoke with Ryan he explained I would need to contact Uber eats I told him I had and they were willing to do nothing. I explained i couldn't take a chance on eating the sausage as I am allergic, so I asked if I came in could he please swap the pizza out, he said it wasn't policy since I had ordered thru a third party but yes he would. So I just want to thank Ryan for going above and beyond to fix something that wasn't either mine or the stores fault it was UBER EATS FAULT.. BC they sent the wrong order to them

The original crust is now flat and the edges are unedible. I looked forward to the fluffy edges so I could use them as breadsticks and dip in sauce. You can't do that now. The stuffed crust is great though.

Order a pizza and some garlic knots this evening. Somehow, they missed placed my order. I did online, so they remade my order freshed and offered me some brownies because of the mess up. In my opinion, a top knock ran Papa John's
