The two new ladies are the worst when it comes to working with the public! I am used to Colton and the older gentleman and they both are very welcoming and make you feel like they are glad that you are there! The new ladies do not greet, no smiles whatsoever, just ignore you while cutting prep, and then turn around and won’t even speak ?!? just frown and look like they are so mad, or hate their job, not sure but this is the second time and the same reaction, I don’t understand if you hate your job that bad then don’t work with the public. I sat in there for awhile just to see if it was just me or what, and then a couple of their friends come in and lo and behold they can actually smile and talk!!!
I will not be back as long as they are working. I refuse to come in and spend money to be treated like I am not worthy to be acknowledged.

Looking for an outstanding alternative to the Jersey boys or underwater Way then you got to check out Penn Station. Super friendly staff, the manager from the local area is a great person and sandwich artist, the place is always clean, lots of indoor and outdoor seating and right near all the attractions. Plenty of parking and right next door is a craft beer sho with lots of draft selections to top off your amazing sandwich experience.

Not impressed if this is what passes for double meat at an extra charge... would not go back. Subway even does better then that...

Great place to eat in Sevierville, if you want something fast and that you can either eat on the go or dine in, they have a cute outdoor area to sit too, over all clean and nice employees.

She loved it. But she wanted to here because she used to live in PA. I didn't like the food. It a tiny place where things are broken or torn.

Not a fan, the sandwich looked like it was made by a 2 year old, the bread was doughy, definitely not worth the price, lesson learned will not be going back, my opinion I don't recommend, there are better sandwich shops

Stopped here on our way out of town. The food itself was delicious. There were four people in front of me and I waited 25 minutes to get one sandwich and they were in no hurry making them. they were not rude, but they were not overly friendly either.

A young man was preparing and serving food. His haircut was causing his hair to go across his forehead and fall in his eyes. He was constantly slinging his hair back by slinging his head, all while preparing and serving. I spoke to him about slinging his head to move his hair and told him that was a bad thing to do while serving food. He was nice and apologized. I hope the manager takes this into consideration and rights this wrong. I would hate to see this nice young man get into trouble. I dont think he realized the importance of the bad issue at hand.
