She loved it. But she wanted to here because she used to live in PA. I didn't like the food. It a tiny place where things are broken or torn.

Not a fan, the sandwich looked like it was made by a 2 year old, the bread was doughy, definitely not worth the price, lesson learned will not be going back, my opinion I don't recommend, there are better sandwich shops

Stopped here on our way out of town. The food itself was delicious. There were four people in front of me and I waited 25 minutes to get one sandwich and they were in no hurry making them. they were not rude, but they were not overly friendly either.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. Missing items on one and added items requested not be there, we're added. Super soggy. Just a poorly made sandwiches

A young man was preparing and serving food. His haircut was causing his hair to go across his forehead and fall in his eyes. He was constantly slinging his hair back by slinging his head, all while preparing and serving. I spoke to him about slinging his head to move his hair and told him that was a bad thing to do while serving food. He was nice and apologized. I hope the manager takes this into consideration and rights this wrong. I would hate to see this nice young man get into trouble. I dont think he realized the importance of the bad issue at hand.

Man oh man!! This has to be the best sub I’ve ever ate. I was just trying to get something quick cause I was staying at the motel beside this place but it is definitely a place I’ll be going back too. I got the chicken Cordon Bleu and let me tell you it was so good. The guys that took my order were also very courteous as well. 10 ⭐️for this place!!

As a regular, there’s rarely a wait. Food consistently delicious. The two main staff I see a lot have worked here for a while and do a great job. No complaints. Been coming for years. Always get the large fries!

Their wholegrain bread is the best I have ever had! My sandwich was delicious and the fresh hand-cut fries were tasty and hot. The cashier and cook were both welcoming, friendly, informative, and professional. I highly recommend putting this one on your list!

The best steak sandwich I've had in a long time. Fries were delicious. Seating area is a little small but does have an outdoor area for nice weather.

Someone suggested I try this place but we don't have one in my city. I was excited when I saw it here in the Gatlinburg area and had to try it. Really glad I did... I had the cheese steak and it was amazing. Fresh cut fries were also good. Definitely recommended.
