Penn Station East Coast Subs

Good spot!!!

As a regular, there’s rarely a wait. Food consistently delicious. The two main staff I see a lot have worked here for a while and do a great job. No complaints. Been coming for years. Always get the large fries!

Very pricey for the portion of food. Hand cut fries were good but very greasy.

Their wholegrain bread is the best I have ever had! My sandwich was delicious and the fresh hand-cut fries were tasty and hot. The cashier and cook were both welcoming, friendly, informative, and professional. I highly recommend putting this one on your list!

The best steak sandwich I've had in a long time. Fries were delicious. Seating area is a little small but does have an outdoor area for nice weather.

Someone suggested I try this place but we don't have one in my city. I was excited when I saw it here in the Gatlinburg area and had to try it. Really glad I did... I had the cheese steak and it was amazing. Fresh cut fries were also good. Definitely recommended.

Being from Ohio I was thrilled to see a Penn station in TN. They have the best cheese steaks!!! And don't forget the fries. Omg. Was not disappointed!!!

Great place with great food and they even gave me an bogo sub card for next time!!

This is literally the best sub that I've had in a years like probably before COVID I have the cheesesteak just make sure to take off the mustard and the pizza sauce and it is totally delicious I was going to take a picture of it before I ate but I was hungry and now I'm sad that I do not have a picture of the actual sub but it was totally delicious I ate the entire large one myself probably about 15 bucks but it was well worth it

I haven’t had a penn station in years. Built a couple car washes in Ohio 26 years age was in serveirville on vacation two young ladies work hard 20 min from close to take care of my order. Great personality at the end of the night. The shop was cleaned and they just made our order and no complaints. First class service for some tourists. Food was excellent but the staff was my favorite hard working young people

haven't had penn station in about 10 years. on the way to ohio and thought i'd stop in, got a veggie sub large fry and a lemonade. the bread was raw, the fries tasted old and dirty & the lemonade tasted like the machine hadn't been cleaned in a while. i went and got my refund and told him my complaints and he said yeah that's my fault we haven't changed the grease in 10 days & i didn't cook the bread. makes me wonder why you'd sell food you wouldn't even eat.

We were in there about 7:30. Only two workers. I first thought “oh no, this is going to be bad”. Both of the young men were hard workers. They waited on several customers and kept things moving. Our food was the best I’ve had at Penn Station in years. Our fries were hot and crispy as we asked. I hope the manager sees my review. These two young men were incredible especially considering the circumstance of no help. Most people complain to get a free meal.. I’m not that kind of person. I want to acknowledge the great work from 2 young men
