Unfriendly person taking order. Ordered supreme and was told it would be 15 minutes. We waited 30 and went to counter to inquire the same Unfriendly person went straight to the warmer and handed the pizza to us. Horrible supreme only had pepperoni and mushrooms and dry. Will never go there again.

There wasn't a server. The menu is on the counter and not to the table. The pizza was not baked well, still kind of chewy. It was a personal pan supreme but had mushrooms, 4 pepperoni, sausage. The toppings were not how they are at other Pizza Huts. I asked the girl who brought it to us, if this was a supreme she said yes, I asked where the other toppings were and she said that's them. I bet there wasn't 3 tablespoons of toppings not to mention no much sauce. We also ordered wings and they didn't seem done all the way. But anyway. At least the restaurant was clean and so was the bathroom.

We had asked for an extra marinara from the girl that brought out our food. the girl rudely said ok then decided not to bring it out. 10 mins went by and we asked again she finally brought it over by then the cheese bread was cold. Pizza was incredibly thin and hard as a brick (we didnt order thin crust) . Overall service was horrible. Food was crap and ive been to many pizza huts never had such a bad experience. The place was dead and i guess now i see why. Hopefully they get better staff but we wont be revisiting anytime soon if at all

My mom and I are in Pigeon Forge, TN for a weeks vacation. My mom and I decided that we wanted a pizza from Pizza hut for dinner. We got checked in at the hotel. We stopped at the Pizza Hut restaurant located at 516 Winfield Dunn Parkway. We walked in the door at Pizza Hut. My mom and I weren't sure if they seated us or if we seated ourselves. We stood there about 10 or 15 minutes because the employee was on the telephone. The employee told us that we place our order at the counter with him and then we find us a table. My mom and I ordered a medium thin crust pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni and 2 drinks. The employee that took our order was very unfriendly. The employees at the pizza Hut Restaurant were very unfriendly. They never came over to our table and checked on us to see if we needed anything. They didn't care if they had a customer or not. They never said welcome to pizza hut or even said Thank you when we left. I would definitely not recommend this pizza hut restaurant to any of my friends or family that come to Pigeon Forge, TN for a visit. My mom and I will not be coming back to this pizza Hut. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PIZZA HUT !!!

Probably the best Pizza Hut Dine-in I've ever had. Pizzas were good and served fast.
When I entered the restaurant I was given a menu, told to seat myself, and someone will be around shortly to take my order. I waited 10 minutes and no one came around. I got up to refill my drink and there were two people at the counter. One was folding boxes and the other was at the register area. As we refilled my drink I thought for sure someone would see me in case they forgot. I waited another 5 minutes and went to the register to place my order. It was a different person than before. They didn’t know I was already seated. Basically……they forgot I was there and someone didn’t communicate. Awful service.

It was a delivery and sadly I didn't check it before the driver left - The pizza was cold and not what I ordered - apparently they don't cut the brownies - unhappy with this Pizza Hut - wasted money that was hard to get - won't be getting anything from there again - ever.
