Ordered online and waited 20 minutes past the time it said it'd be ready. I waited inside the lobby because the drive thru line wasn't moving at all. To be fair, it is a car show weekend in Pigeon Forge so they were busy with the overflow traffic. The pizza was hot and my order was correct, but the crust was harder than my last visit.

The pizza on the bar was not fresh or hot!! Also the breadsticks was hard and not fresh! Very disappointed! Probably won't be back anytime soon! We had no server and had to get our drinks and nobody asked how was everything

Some things are missing on the food bar ie spinach, fruit pizza is A MUST! The pineapple that is being used has really no taste..and not sweet! What's up with that?

My sister Mona and I got the buy one get one free special. The supreme thin crust pizza was hot and delicious. The salad bar had lots of yummy vegetables and dressings. We took home a thin crust pepperoni pizza and our salads. Pizza Hut is my favorite place to eat! ??????

We are local and haven't been inside of this location in a very long time. We were excited to give it a go! Upon coming in they said they still haven't fixed they're dining area since covid so they couldn't provide us a menu, seat us, and give us our time to order. Instead we were pressed to order on a tiny matt menu at register. Also, no drinks. Couldn't get an ice water because they're not doing cups at this moment. Then after sitting we realized the salad bar is Completely closed down at 3pm on a Sunday. We received amazing service ? and staff was great, but this location was a bummer compared to others we have visited and we wouldn't come in to sit and eat again.

One person is smart enough to run the restaurant. I ordered paid for pizza and he said i could pick it up at the service window. I came back and a truck was at the widow 15 minutes later still there.I got out knocked on the locked doors and they saw me and waved me off as I started to pound on the doors. Walked back the truck was spinning out mad I got up to the window no one in it knocking a reluctant employee came to the window slowly and he could not find my order in register. Finally I saw the person that took my order and he just got my pizza and said Thanks. Employees were in the restaurant talking laughting outside smoking but not doing anything.Kid-friendliness: NOT
Almost all the food was great except for this; almost $6 for this amount of fries…I usually get more than this so I dunno if they changed portions as well as price but almost $6 for that few of fries is insane.

Ordered carry out. Inside of restaurant looked nice. Staff was prompt to help and courteous. Pizza was great.
What can I say. WOW! not in a good way. No ice, no drinks. I was actually asked if I wouldn't mind to walk to the gas station and buy drinks. What the Heck is this PIZZA HUT coming to. They really need to rethink the way they Hut!! Terrible. Last night of our vacation and this is what we get. Pizza and no drinks.

I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut in a long time.. but, it didn't disappoint. It was an hour before close and 3 or 4 other customers walked in with my crew, which there was 6 of us. The cashier/hostess didn't complain about it being close for time to close.. she was super friendly and helped us decide which deal would be best for what we wanted. Got the food, and it was SO GOOD!! The lady brought it to the table along with an extra order of cheese sticks!! If I am near there again, I'll definitely be getting another dinner box!
We are from out of town had food delivered where we are staying. They said nothing about door dash for delivery. We paid our bill over the phone but they told the driver it was a cash delivery which was a total lie. I showed the lady proof it was taken out of my bank account and she called pizza hut which was rude to her also. We will not patronize this establishment in the future. The door dash driver was very pleasant as for pizza hut ? need to get it together.
