Only been here a couple times. Cajun fries are dry every time, the bone in chicken and tenders are okay. Most recent chicken I got here was pretty moist and pleasant 👍. Typical popeyes

I ordered an eight piece from the drive through and when I got home and went to eat it the chicken was dried out and uneatable. I live 35 minutes away so I called and talked to the manager and he told to save the chicken and when came back in to Sevierville bring it back and he would replace it. I feel that is just unacceptable. Will never do business there again

I've been to this location a few times now and it's been the best one around so far. The Clinton Highway location is the absolute worst. This location always has my meal fresh and correct. Service is speedy and friendly.
