I would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone. From the rudeness of the employees to the black mold on the ceiling. I'm surprised that the health department hasn't shut them down. Tables all over this place were nasty! As a local, my wife and I will not ever darken the doorstep of this restaurant again!!!

We don’t have a Popeyes where we’re from so we were so excited to try the ghost pepper wings, and man was this a disappointment. They literally taste like regular unseasoned wings so much that we call to complain and they told us that they come like that so I wouldn’t try the ghost pepper wings. They definitely taste like unseasoned chicken wings. There’s no hint spice at all Disappointment For $13.50

Only been here a couple times. Cajun fries are dry every time, the bone in chicken and tenders are okay. Most recent chicken I got here was pretty moist and pleasant 👍. Typical popeyes

I ordered an eight piece from the drive through and when I got home and went to eat it the chicken was dried out and uneatable. I live 35 minutes away so I called and talked to the manager and he told to save the chicken and when came back in to Sevierville bring it back and he would replace it. I feel that is just unacceptable. Will never do business there again
