Today I Used the drive thru service, which was fast and good customer service. Friendly lady at the window and hats off to the workers today! The 12 piece spicy family meal food was great! Everything I ordered was fresh and the food was hot when I got home!
I would give negative star's if i could from cincinnati ohio pulled up to popeyes to get honey bbq wings and they gave me plain wings with a squirt of honey bbq wings looked like reg fried wings tried to go in cuz they close at 4pm it was 3:10 doors were locked they offer me 2 bbq sauces out the drive thru window for 12 wings sad will never visit again

They gave us the wrong order, I can't give this high marks. When I called to see if I can get my order corrected it went to a fax line. There's no way to correct the order without driving all the way back to the restaurant. It wasn't busy so there really was no excuse.

We went through the drive thru. We ordered our food and after around 15 min of sitting at the window they gave us our order. After we got to the house 25 min away we fi d out our order is wrong. We call up to the store and the store number is a fax. It seems like these people do not care about service.
