Red Lobster

Well after the hostess sat us by the kitchen it was so loud. Finally after 15 minutes we received our waters. It took another 15 minutes for the server to come see if we were ready. I was ready to just leave. Wish I had. When my order arrived the baked potato was cold. Shrimp mushy. My husband didn’t get his order because she forgot to put it in. We were just done. Server never came back so we were about to walk out and leave the food on the table. She finally showed up and I told her just to bring a to go box. She got that and left the bill. I didn’t want to pay it but I did. Not a fan!!! Red Lobster needs to re evaluate its service, Food quality and how things are done. I give it 1 Star

Celebrated my birthday here after a trip to Dollywood. The service was outstanding and the food is much better at Red Lobster now than ever before. The highlight for me was the Shrimp Boil. It came with Cajun sausage, corn, and potatoes. What I loved most about this dish was the special Red Lobster sauce. It was soooo good and way better than other similar dishes offered at other restaurants. I will be back to get it again.

Anniversary dinner there. Nice, friendly people. Everything was perfect.

Micah was an exceptional server! He was very friendly and made our experience a great one. He stayed on top of things and made sure our needs were met! The manager was also very friendly and greeted us as soon as we came in!the food was delicious!

Decided to stop in for dinner and try out their new menu. I got the shrimp seafood boil and crab loaded baked potato. The seafood boil was sooooo good! Came with 2 dozen shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage. I chose the garlic parm sauce. So so good!

My husband got the admirals feast. It’s always his go to. As usual he loved it.

I didn’t care for the loaded crab baked potato. But that is just me. I kinda ify about crab sometimes. But if you love crab you will definitely enjoy it.

Micah our serves was great. Was on top of your drinks and was very friendly. He provided great service.

We will visit this location again when we visit Sevierville.

Dawn was an extremely nice and attentive waitress. The food was great! Dawn brought my husband a birthday ice cream with cute strawberry writing saying Happy Birthday. Totally enjoyed!

We did not eat here yet but my nephew got sick out front before they where open the gm came out helped us out with a hose napkins anything that we asked she helped and would not take any money so thank you so much

We had a enjoyable meal here. One order of Crab Legs and i had Steak and Lobster. Both meals were delicious and prepared to order. Service was great our refills were brought without asking
