I have eaten at the Sevierville Red Lobster since they opened and never had a bad meal until today. The breaded shrimp was salty, not hot, baked potato not hot, and they obviously changed the recipe for the tarter sauce which I used to love. I did not say anything until on my way out. I was told they had a new kitchen manager. I will never eat there again!

4/3/25 - Re-visited today and much, much better! Thank you, Red Lobster!

Parking: Thank you for the $25 gift card!

The food was good and the waitress was good. The only problem my family had was the temperature in there. It shouldn't have been freezing cold in a restaurant. So, we didn't enjoy ourselves due to this issue. The rating would've been higher if it wasn't for this problem.

Rose was absolutely fabulous! They took the time to help me understand the menu and clarify which options came with what. I wasn’t having the best day due to some personal reasons, and Rose noticed my expression, thinking it might be about the food. Their kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. They were considerate, perceptive, and provided amazing service.

Placed our order. I was not informed of any of my up charges. I asked for the butter to be on the side. It came on top. 4 people in our party 2 checks. The checks was all messed up. Finally got it right. Then I discovered my up charges. We asked about 1st responder discount. The waiter and manager acted as if women couldn't be a 1st responder. Discrimination for sure. I am female and my daughter, we are both 1st responders. Really frustrating.

Chloe, the young lady who was our server is reason enough to come back ! She went above and beyond and these days this level of customer service is unheard of. This girl is going to be successful in whatever she chooses to do!
The food was decent. We have been coming to Red Lobster since we were teenagers and sadly they have made some changes that will probably keep us from coming in the future although they are small things. They changed their coleslaw, their ranch dressing and their world famous tartar sauce is no more. Like I said, minor things and we can make different choices next time. It will be a while but we will be back.

Please do not seat non-alcoholic guests in the bar areas of the restaurant without asking them. The bartenders do not adequately attend to you and they offer minimum serve to you.

My husband & I went to RL for his birthday this evening. 11/02/24. We made reservations online. Got there at 6pm, on time. We end up in a seat with my husband's view looking at the bathrooms. The restaurant was not busy at this point so yeah this is a horrible table. This is what you seat folks get when the line is out the door...not in a restaurant that was 1/3 full. However, we promptly ordered drinks & an appetizer. No beer on draft (then take it off the menu) . Our waitress was fine. We put in our order at 6:17....they also didn't have the upgraded crab legs (again, take it off the menu!) Restaurant was a little busy at this point. We watched folks who were seated after us receive their meals. Not just one or two tables....the 4 tables around us all, were seated after us and ordered after us...all had their meals by 6:50pm. It's 7pm and we are still waiting. We paid extra for salads. My salad had cheese but no dressing. Waitress brings the dressing but I go to mix up the salad...under a top layer was slimy brown lettuce. I just told the Waitress, I realize the kitchen issues had nothing to do with her so I just told her to scratch the salad. Now it's after 7pm and we still don't have our meal and now it was a bit more busy but certainly not people waiting around and there were still a few tables available. Gentlemen behind us got a raw steak...sent it back and it came back charred. My husband gets another waitresses attention and says...um...yeah, where is our dinner? She said, "I think it just now up." "Okay"...my husband says..."but everyone in this section has been served and are ready to leave but us". The waitress retorts "We had some large parties come in." (It's a bad practice to come up wirh excues instead of just saying..."I'll check on your meal." ) Again, the restaurant isn't packed and they seemed to have plenty of help. My husband retorted back, "That has nothing to do with my meal I ordered almost an hour ago." We finally received our meal. The meal was fine. We decided we were going to have dessert & take it home. My husband had the cheesecake and I ordered Key Lime pie. This is why I'm leaving this review. This dessert menu hasn't changed much in 30 years. They've always had key lime & cheesecake. We got back to our RV and was ready to dive into dessert. My husband's cheesecake was fresh and looked good. However, the Key lime pie was wretched. It is usually a sunny yellow. This was 2 shades of brown. The top was darker brown with the middle being a bit lighter. The lime on top is a dried dark brown I thought it was a cookie garnish at first. I took a wee taste of the pie...this is on the verge of spoiled. It's currently in the trash. We spent $170 w/tip and my dessert was not edible. I wish I could show this dessert b/c I took a picture. Really annoying evening all around.

Jen was the bartender and server and was just amazing! The lobster was cooked perfectly, the drinks made perfectly and Jen was very nice to talk to. She took great care of us on Halloween and made my birthday very special! Thank you so much!

We wanted a good sit-down restaurant, and this was it. I had the stuffed flounder, and she had the chicken Alfredo. It was not busy but the food came quickly
