This was the PERFECT restaurant to take my wife for our anniversary dinner!! The Shrimp Valentino honestly couldn’t have been any better! 🍝🤌🏼 Perfect balance of flavor and a hearty serving of large shrimp with the right hint of spicy. The grass fed beef lasagna was incredible and my wife said it was a 10/10 best lasagna she’s had anywhere! Great selection of drinks 🥂 and the desert menu did not disappoint one bit! The in-house made tiramisu cake was delicious as well! The atmosphere is romantic and tastefully done with each grottoes booth displaying beautiful life sized scenery from around Italy as if you were sitting there view out of a window while you eat! Our table even had a fresh🌹in a vase and candle which was the right touch for the occasion! For fine dining in the Smokies we found the prices to be very reasonable with a selection just about every appetite would enjoy! Thank you Ristorante DellaSantina for a memorable dining experience! We went here for dinner based on the recommendation of a stranger. The atmosphere and food were AMAZING! Adam was our server and he was also great. He was friendly and excited about the history of the place. Just go, you won’t be disappointed!

My partner and I had the most incredible time. The food was phenomenal, and the staff were so kind and warm. Claudia, our bartender, was friendly and made the best drinks I’ve ever had. Lexus provided amazing service, and was a sweetheart, too. The environment is so welcoming and we are blown away by every single menu item we tried.

This restaurant is amazing. Do NOT miss it if you’re in the area. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious, prices reasonable. The staff is so friendly and attentive, the service is INCREDIBLE.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Our expectations weren't high for an Italian restaurant in this city but the food was great! We had lobster ravioli and a surf and turf because I'm not a huge pasta eater but it's my wife's favorite type of food. Ordered the steak medium and came out perfectly. The lobster tasted fresh, it was tender. We both really liked the lobster ravioli with Alfredo sauce.

The service was fantastic, highly recommend it!

We had an unforgettable romantic Valentine’s Day dinner at Ristorante DellaSantina in Sevierville, TN, and it exceeded all expectations! While parking is tight and the exterior is unassuming, don’t let that fool you—inside, it’s a warm, intimate, and beautifully romantic setting.

The cocktails were top-notch, and the food was absolutely phenomenal—if I could give 10 stars, I would! Truly Michelin-star quality. Our server (the only tall, blonde young man) was exceptional and played a huge role in making our evening so special. His attentive service and professionalism set the perfect stage for an incredible dining experience.

To top it off, the restaurant was conveniently just two minutes from our cabin, making it an effortless and perfect choice for a special night out. We cannot wait to return!

We had an incredible experience at this Italian restaurant for Valentine’s Day. The meal was outstanding, starting with a fresh and flavorful salad, followed by perfectly prepared pasta and delicious lobster. I needed a place for a surprise, out-of-town, 90th birthday party and they came through in a big way. Claudia was awesome to work with, the waitstaff was terrific, and food was outstanding. Even the birthday girl, whose grandparents came from Palombaro, Italy, loved the food.

Me and my husband for our anniversary decided to dine at this restaurant for dinner the day after Valentine’s Day. The atmosphere walking in was very uncomfortable. We made a reservation for 7 and were told to wait for 5 min. A young couple came in after us and didn’t have a reservation but were escorted to a sit at the bar, which also needs a reservation to sit at about 5 min after we arrived. Another couple came in while we were still waiting about 15 min after our reservation . Once again this couple also did not have a reservation. It was at 7:25 now and wouldn’t you believe it the other couples name was called to be seated without a reservation. I totally felt off at this point like my presence in this establishment wasn’t wanted, and me and my husband should not have been there. The food was mid because I’ve had way better Italian food in better establishments. We definitely won’t waste our money in a place that makes us feel uncomfortable again. The waitress was nice !

To say this is the BEST italian food and drinks we have ever had is an understatement. Amazing food, friendly and quick service and the drinks were great. I wish they would open more locations in different states because you don’t find genuinely good Italian food often like this!!

Our first time here and it’s Valentine’s Day. We had Lexus as our server 10/10! The food 10/10! The atmosphere 10/10! We are making another reservation on the way out. Best experience in a restaurant in ages! Highly Recommend!
