Ate there for lunch today. Our server (timothy i think) was awesome. Stayed on the refills and made sure we were happy. Food was cooked well was very good. Salad bar was good also. Nice lunch. Thanks

Love Ruby Tuesday but was a little disappointed tonight. They cooked 3 plates of fish and did not have the pork chop done. Finally came and asked if we wanted those brought on out. My tilapia was barely warm and the baked potato must have been left from lunch. Everyone else's was good and the pork chop was good when it finally came out. I guess 3 out of 4 is not bad.

Good experience. Staff was on point. We had the Garden Bar, and the food was fresh, plenty to choose from, and very organized. I understand there's a new manager at this location. I feel that he/she is doing a good job. Try them out.

We went on New Year's Eve, and waited for over 10 minutes to be seated. The restaurant was not busy, but there were only two waitresses working. When we received our food, my husband's fish was no where near being cooked. We told the waitress and said he would just eat from the salad bar instead. He went to get a salad and there were no plates! Our waitress never apologized for the terrible food and had the attitude that she just wanted us to leave. This restaurant has really gone down hill!

New years eve our family stopped here. The wait was poor but the quality of food made up for the wait. We watched as other families left because the hostess wasn't doing her job. Fortunately for us our waitress was doing her job even though we could tell she didn't want to be there. We also watched as an elderly couple asked for someone to bring out salad plates for the salad bar but, they waited a good 10 minutes before someone brought out the plates. Thankfully we had good food and good service otherwise they would've been rated a one star.

It was a decent experience. The food was good although they didn't make my daughters Burger the way it was supposed to be made. Service was pretty good and all in all we were pretty satisfied with the entire experience.

This was one of the best Ruby Tuesday's in the past. However it has gone down hill since. To start the salad bar had no onions on the bar. The menu is missing many favorites like the double decker chicken and a few of the burgers. We both got burgers and the waitress brought out my mom's side of soup 15 minutes before her burger was ready. The bowl wasn't even half full and was cold. She sent the bowl back and they did fill it up. We could here the cook having a fit in the back of the restaurant. To top it all off the lady bathroom was nasty and has no paper in the stalls. The men's room was nasty as well. We won't be back to this location.
Went kind of late, wasn't many customers however my waitress was slow and forgetful. However she was very pleasant. The food I ordered was Amazing, as well as the shrimp fondue for the appetizer. I tend to order the salad bar as a side substitute and the choices although not many didn't disappoint

The food was great, a good juicy burger never disappoints! The tables were a bit dirty, but the service and food make up for that. Their food is priced well even if it's a little expensive. The salad bar is $8.99 and their steaks are expensive, sadly, the least expensive being $16.99. I would suggest this to my friends and family for a good sit down restaurant.

Let me start of by saying that out waitress was really good but unfortunately, she was overloaded with work. Our poor waitress had no help and she was the only one serving multiple tables. There was an older woman/man just helping with sitting customers down but that was it. I think they could've atleast helped with the drinks or taking the plates to the table! While siting down we overheard the older woman tell the coworker that "the waitress needs to step up to her plate" really?? I think they should've been helping instead of gossiping about a poor girl overworking herself trying to take multiple orders by herself. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and it wasn't even good quality nor hot. We glanced over to the kitchen and noticed that the manager was doing all the cooking by himself. This location is short staff and is not fair for the employees nor the customers. Management needs to step up and find them help or bring employees from a different location.

My server Will was amazing. The way he handled the rush was awe inspiring. I had asked for one of the 7.99 burgers a special way and the cooks got it perfect. Loaded tots are definitely the way to go!

By far the best Ruby Tuesday location for food. They salad bar was clean and fresh. The food tasted amazing. They had the best tasting chicken quesadillas I have ever eaten. The service was not good. I am basing my review off the food and not the service. If the service had been just ok I would have given 5 stars. The restaurant was not real busy. We never had drinks and had to wave her down for a refill. Even after waving her down she still took forever. We waited over 30 minutes for out check after we had finished eating and she had taken the dishes. If it would have been up to me I would not have left a tip. I am a generous tipper. They really need to evaluate their servers. Like I said food was amazing but the was the worst service I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesday. I tried to base my review on star on the food. The service would have gotten zero stars.
