Attendant was sweet and very helpful. Store was orderly. Display cases were all full of delicious looking pastries and baked goods. Prices were fair. After we departed and tried the 3 items we purchased delight was replaced with major disappointment. All we had purchased had an old stale three-day toughness and limited flavor. The “filled” croissant had a 20% full cavity housing a small finger width sized rubbery white filling that was not good at all. We tasted them all but most of it went into the garbage can. It was puzzling how it all looked so good but tasted so bad. There are many better options nearby.

Even though It's probably not like what most people think of when they imagine a bakery, don't judge a book by its cover.
All of the pastries and breads at this small Spanish bakery looked and smelled delicious, they also have a small selection of refrigerated cakes such as Treś Leche cake and chocoflan, which tasted amazing.
The lady working here was also very nice and patiently explained to me what the different foods were that she was selling.
Their prices are very reasonable as well, I purchased 3 cream cheese pastries and slice of chocoflan for about $10.
Overall, I'm glad I gave this little hidden gem a try and recommend it to anyone who enjoys experiencing different culture's cuisine.

The pastries we got were not good and when it came time to purchasing them she put them in a plastic bag with nothing. Just strait from the case to the plastic bag.

We were in Sevierville on vacation and my SIL wanted some bread from another bakery but was closed so done a google search and found Ruffy’s. This little place is tucked away from the touristy regulars. We stopped by Friday the 10th mid-afternoon and to our surprise, they were open till 9:30 that evening. Never have we been in such a clean, well stocked, and super affordable. The little girl who was working was 5 STARS Excellent! She gladly answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Sweet young lady. And finally, every item we purchased was knockout tasty. In closing, We will be back! For more of these delicious goodys.

Total waste of money.
Threw it all away
Smelled and tasted horrible.
Nothing in a refrigerator should have been my first clue

Rude employee. Unsanitary. Don't know what the food tastes like because I threw it away after the way the food was handled. Would not recommend!

For those true foodies, this place is a must. The pastry’s are perfect, today was my first time trying it and I’ll be going back. There is a language barrier if you don’t speak Spanish but don’t let that stop you from trying…it’s so good!!
