Shoney's - Sevierville

Shoney's has an excellent breakfast bar. The Server, Ann, is extremely pleasant and efficient. Great place to go!

The food was great and the service started out good. Then a group came in and our waitress completely forgot we existed. Did not check on us once after this group came in and we had no drinks. We never got refills and no plates were removed from our table. As we were walking out we saw her complain about her tip. If you neglect your tables, you do not get tipped well.

My server Ms. Ann was awesome. She was very pleasant and attentive. I truly enjoyed her company while I ate my breakfast. The food was delicious as always.

Food was cold . Cornbread was so hard it would have broke a tooth out. Won't be going back to that location

Great breakfast bar. Go right when they open (7AM), all the food on the buffet is fresh. Service was great, coffee was hot.

The food on the bar was not good at all, everything was dry and very over cooked. Our server charged us for a beverage when I had water. It was changed, but not until after we had to say something twice. This was what appeared to be something they do regularly because of what I overheard. Our server made us feel like we had interrupted her whatever she was doing. Go up the next exit to the other Shoney’s the food has never been a disappointment there and the service has always been good. I should mention we went on a holiday and should have realized it was a mistake because we were only one of three couples.

17 years of service and I remember her from 3 years ago and God let me tell you the heart of Gold and respect for her customers and business! I pray for business to keep growing and La Crosby we love her bunches. Heading back to Florida. Until next time Thank you for your service! Jim, Candy, Nick

The food order was amazing!! The bar didn’t look good but the wings, turkey club, all American burger, and chicken sandwich was amazing!
