Shoney's - Sevierville

Ann was a delight. The food was good. The atmosphere was light and calm. Thank you for making our breakfast so pleasing.

We got there about 7:10 am and a lady name Ane or Anne waited on us she was the sweetest quick to refill drinks and checking on us often. I highly suggest asking for her as your waitress. She loved on my grandson's and took care of us. Oh and the breakfast buffet stayed well stocked and taste great. They was another customer there that showed my grandkids magic tricks i got a pick of him i wish I had got one of the waitress anne.

Food was terrible, most of it looked... questionable, asked for root beer, clarified I wanted root beer and got dr. Pepper, fries were cold and stale, mashed potatoes were obviously boxed, and in all the absolute worst buffet I've ever eaten

I got some of the best service and hot fresh food. We ate at the breakfast buffet, and it was delicious. The service was stupendous.

Stopped by for lunch. High marks across the board! The staff and service were fantastic. The food on the buffet was hot and delicious.
Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Ms Ann is the most down to earth server I have ever had . She greeted everyone that walked in and made sure all was ok with everyone . When I come back to this area I hope to encounter this amazing lady .

Super chewy ham and bacon and no cheesy scrambled eggs. No seasoning on the regular scrambled eggs. Shoneys continues its quality slide. Last time.

We had the pleasure of stopping by to enjoy Shoney's breakfast buffet before heading home from Gatlinburg on Veterans Day. I was blown away by the love and support shown to the Veterans who dropped by to enjoy a free meal. It was a truly wonderful experience. I commend the management and leadership who chose to honor those who serve(d). Our server, Ann, was a darling. Never without a coffee carafe in hand and a smile on her face. We left well fed and glad we stopped for breakfast!
