I enjoy Starbucks from time to time, and as a woman in recovery, I fairly regularly meet up with other women for coffee. I was disappointed to hear a friend had such an awful experience at THIS Starbucks. A senior gentleman with crutches (due to a recent heart attack) came through the drive-thru for a refill. He was denied and told he had to come in. He even explained his situation, & the “manager” still refused. I understand if it were someone just being lazy, but this was CLEARLY a handicap situation. It’s COFFEE. Where is your moral obligation? Compassion? Sense of humanity? Shame on you for not helping a Senior Citizen with crutches. This is despicable. If you want a good life, be deserving of one. Treat others the way you want to be treated. IT IS THAT SIMPLE.

I love all the workers here. They’re the Best! It’s nice to go in and they already know what I’m getting 🙂. They’re always smiling when you walk in the door, nice, and friendly to everyone. Mrs. Debbie you done an Awesome job training your employees. The dining room and restroom is always clean when I have been in there. Keep up the Awesome job you all.

Do you want to know what is better than a Starbucks coffee on your December vacation to the mountains? I’ll tell you, a Starbucks coffee served in a ceramic mug on your December vacation to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I found out you can ask for a mug if you are sipping ( or chugging) your Starbucks in the store. No, you don’t keep it. It needs to be returned so that the next vacationer can have the experience. It’s so much better to sip coffee from a mug than a paper cup. Thank You Starbucks.
I normally have a wonderful experience but today was awful I am always respectful I didn’t have a lot time this morning and had a gift card so I had to pick it up after I ordered on my phone all was well till this older lady handed me my food I smiled said thank you then she says with a attitude well sorry it took so long you didn’t give us enough time then shut window I was shocked bc they never acted that way before an I wasn’t mad I smiled and was nice so all I ask is you have no idea the morning I had I didn’t need the rudeness that’s all
