For a place that is sooo busy, they were out of just about every food item I asked for. This is a high traffic starbucks. And with the popularity of starbucks, very disappointed that there wasnt much good left over by the time I got there. Which was still morning hours. I live in a bust city and have never had this issue there. I would suggest better inventory since you are so busy, especially this time of year.

The only Starbucks you need to visit in the area! Huge shoutout to Hannah — truly an angel. Thank you for being so kind and patient with our large group order. The whole team was fast, efficient, and kept the place spotless. The sign may still be a work in progress, but it’s definitely easy to spot from the side and front of the building. Appreciate the great service.

I recently was there today, and wanted to use a gift card and stars. The cashier scanned my app multiple times which was unusual. Later on I check my bank account and she charged me $13 for my original drink order and additional $15 for that she reloaded on my account from a scan only barcode! (Which I never asked for) I’m truly upset because I have never had a Starbucks experience like this. I will not be returning! Absolutely unacceptable.

Funny story. I came to this location on Friday June 21st ordered two drinks and came back today Tuesday June 24th and ordered the same two drinks except they were two dollars more!!! I know the drinks didn’t raise that much in a few days!

MORGAN at Tanger outlet location was beyond amazing! I have never had such a great experience at any other Starbucks. She went above and beyond for my daughter’s drink not to mention she was professional with the best personality EVER! She said she was there to take care of us and she made our whole day! Thank you Morgan for making everyone in there have a better day! And girl can sing too!!!

Morgan is solid! I came in to get coffee to help me push through the day and she made my day even better. Customer service is so rare and Morgan restored my hope in customer service! We need more Morgan's in the customer service world

I placed a mobile order for a drink, I picked it up and went to my car. Once I tasted my drink it was very bitter, I tried to drink it anyways but I just couldn't. I went back inside and Morgan was at the register, she remade my drink for me and it was perfect!!! She was so kind and helpful and insisted giving me credit back and remaking my drink. I was dreading going back inside because I was worried the person would be rude about the drink, but Morgan was so kind and helpful. Of course they were slammed and had a ton of people in there waiting on drinks and she was still kind and helpful.
