WOW I decided to try this Starbucks and so glad I did . Morgan was exceptional! She helped me a lot and took the time to care and provide excellent customer service skills. I will absolutely be back to this Starbucks.

I placed a mobile order for a drink, I picked it up and went to my car. Once I tasted my drink it was very bitter, I tried to drink it anyways but I just couldn't. I went back inside and Morgan was at the register, she remade my drink for me and it was perfect!!! She was so kind and helpful and insisted giving me credit back and remaking my drink. I was dreading going back inside because I was worried the person would be rude about the drink, but Morgan was so kind and helpful. Of course they were slammed and had a ton of people in there waiting on drinks and she was still kind and helpful.

The food and drinks were like any other starbucks. But inside, there is no menu or tables! Is this a take out only location or what?! Not just that, the serving is very disorganized, and if for large orders, they break the order into several parts, you get the coffees one by one so you have to go to the counter several times. The service was okay. I have never seen a Starbucks like this one.

I placed a mobile order it took me 45 mins the lady running it was not that friendly! For now on i will take the couple extra miles to the other starbucks

Their set up is horrible. They make orders but then they sit in the back till someone brings out 8 or 9 at a time. So they only set out orders 4 times per hour. I waited there 15 mins after my order was ready.

This Starbucks is pretty much what you’d expect from any other Starbucks. The coffee is decent, and they usually get the order right. The staff are polite but not overly friendly, and the atmosphere is fine if you need a quick spot to work or meet someone. It’s not the cleanest place I’ve been to, but it’s not terrible either. Sometimes the line can be a little long, especially in the mornings. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for coffee if you’re in the area, but nothing that stands out.

I placed a mobile order and did not receive it after 20 minutes. I kindly asked the baristas if my order was being prepared because the screen showed order after order being prepared and finished without mine being moved at all. I was advised that that’s “just the way it is” and waited an additional 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, my drinks were ready after being told “the tickets were never printing” and the drinks were halfway filled and terribly tasting.

Horrible set up for a coffee shop horrible very impersonal. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever seen and I’m a daily customer in other locations.
On Black Friday, there are 3 people visibly working. They were running out of white chocolate, apple cider and other flavors. Strange that on the busiest day of the year, that supplies weren’t stocked up on. Many people just left, the three workers were doing all they could but obviously management failed to have needed supplies to cover the customers. I give this a 1, extremely disappointed.
