morgan was the best!! her energy is amazing and she had the whole store laughing. she reccomended drinks for my boyfriend and i and they were perfect. my iced drink was made hot on accident and they were very quick to fix it and even let me keep the accident. 10/10 would recommend this starbucks!!

Megan was so sweet and we were just in town visiting for a cheer competition, but we came back two days in a row and she definitely remembered our ordered , remembered what my daughter did ,and asked so many questions. Also, she wanted to know how my daughters teams did.. One of her teams placed third and her other team 1st! Megan is definitely super thoughtful and every time we’re in pigeon Forge for a competition this will be the only one we go to

Morgan is an amazing host. Very friendly, greets the guests in their language (customer experience 101), orders were coming in quickly, didn’t have to wait in line even when the app showed 10 mins wait. Great experience, lovely vibe!

A little small and cramped but I forgot all about it with Morgan. She was quick and efficient and made you feel like you were just friends catching up (we were in fact strangers).
