This location is one of those large , cashier-less , awful atmosphere Steak & Shakes. No classic S&S photos on the wall and boxy atmosphere. At 4pm on A Tuesday there were SEVERAL workers standing around doing nothing, when only 2 people were needed to run the place. Most drinks were out of order and we had to ask for napkins and condiments. If I visit agin, I'll get the food to go...

My husband and I got dry through twice when we were vacationing in pigeon forge both times the sandwiches were so greasy and the fries were cold.. steak 'n shake is usually my go-to in pigeon forge when I visit each year but this year unfortunately it literally sucked both times. And the employees at the drive-thru were not pleasant...
I really enjoy Steak 'n Shake. Their food is priced well and in my opinion tastes way better than other fast food restaurants. They use real beef tallow to fry with and you can definitely tell the difference. Well worth it. Wish there were more locations.

Messed up our order on several items, then had one of the workers literally yelling across the kitchen at us and the manager about how she gave us the items she did not. We had a big order and would have even paid for the item they missed again just to get back on the road, just needed the missing food for one of our children to eat, totally unnecessary behavior.
