I really enjoy Steak 'n Shake. Their food is priced well and in my opinion tastes way better than other fast food restaurants. They use real beef tallow to fry with and you can definitely tell the difference. Well worth it. Wish there were more locations.

Messed up our order on several items, then had one of the workers literally yelling across the kitchen at us and the manager about how she gave us the items she did not. We had a big order and would have even paid for the item they missed again just to get back on the road, just needed the missing food for one of our children to eat, totally unnecessary behavior.

Food is awesome. Unfortunately in the middle of August it was cooler outside than inside. Also three staff were standing by the drink machine and no one was running the counter which forced everyone to check their self out.

What a fun place. Several flavor options for shakes. Cotton candy and Dreamsicle shakes were very good with flavor spot on. Chocolate shake was boring and not much taste. The burgers were OK, same for the grilled cheese. Fries are nothing to write home about, very skinny fries that are cold before you sit down. Skinny fries, you either love or hate, nothing in-between. The place was clean but no ambiance. Definitely one of those have to check out but one and done for me.
The overpaid burger flippers left out 1 hamburger from our 2 hamburger order. They didn’t forget to charge me for it, however.

The food was amazing and so was my strawberry milkshake. I got the chilli cheese fries and a burger. The fries were so filling I ate the burger the next day. And the folks who worked there were pleasant.

I pulled into the drive thru and she ignored me at the microphone and I pulled up to window and the lady’s exact words were “What do you want?” very loudly and hatefully and then proceeds to cuss at me.

This store closed their drive thru registers and stopped serving milkshakes before close. Really glad I wasted my time driving to this location.
Got a basic double cheeseburger and fries. Everything tasted fine. Found 2 individual full length hairs woven into my burger, hence the 2 ⭐️ review
