We saw this place and immediately did NOT regret walking over and eating here. Right next to a whisky winery (I'll tell you later) great service and with a view to die for. Owner is fairly new to the city so stop by welcome and support him. You won't be disappointed with the food!!

If you are staying around here you definately have to try this place out. Owner is a great guy and cool to talk to. You get a lot to eat for a good price and you can see him cooking it right there. Like hanging out at a family barbeque but the cooking is better.

Sticky Nick's BBQ was recommended to myself and a friend by Mountain View Winery, which is next door. This was the BEST recommendation by far! Not only is the food AMAZING, but the Mustard BBQ sauce was a whole experience on its own! (Nick, you should sell that stuff!) Anyway, both the pulled pork and brisket were delicious and extremely flavorful on their own, no sauce needed, but recommended The potato salad brings back childhood memories and is a necessity in my opinion. The smokey Mac & cheese is the stuff that dreams are made of, creamy, cheesy, and smokey! The beans were super tasty and complemented the whole meal!

Absolutely delicious brisket. I never get BBQ because my husband is not a fan; however I was psyched when we arrived in Pigeon Forge, TN for a girls trip and my friend suggested barbecue. We pulled up and met Nick and his wife right off the bat. They were so welcoming and friendly, you knew it would be good. Nick was so meticulous to make sure that the food came out perfectly, and he even offered to cut the fat off the brisket. The meat itself was so tender I cut it with my fork and was so juicy. I personally wish the bark was a little spicy but that is total personal preference for me. The pulled pork my gal pal got was amazing stacked on my coleslaw. I think the pulled pork could be a little more moist for me but flavor was on point. And let me tell you about the sides. The smoky Mac was gooey but not overcooked or mushy. The coleslaw was creamy but not with too much mayo and had a bit of snap from the vinegar. The beans were sweet and had a great bacon background. The hit, however, was the potato salad. It tasted just like my grandmother used to make it, with mustard and the salty bites of dill pickle. Absolutely fantastic. We ate outside at a picnic table and were able to sample the sauces on the table. The sweet BBQ was indeed sweet, and I wish it had a little more heat. (Iyou haven't figured it out, I'm a fan of spice so that's my preference.). The cripple creek bbq sauce (made by the brother in law of the wood carver next door!) was thinner and had more tomato flavor; it mixed well with the sweet. My friend went Gaga for the mustard-based sauce, especially on the potato salad. It was very unique and I definitely think Nick could sell it. Got to spend a little time talking to Nick and his wife. They seem like genuinely lovely people and I can tell they really care about their customers and their product. Not only do you get good food here, but you know you're supporting a great and local small business. Next time you're in the area for some wine, moonshine, or just passing through, stop by for some delicious brisket served with a smile.
