I must say we have never been treated with such grace, hospitality and kindness as was extended to us by the Stonehouse staff this evening. We ordered a cheese with jalapeno pizza and a meatlovers. We mistakenly thought we ordered garlic knots but it wasn't included in our delivery. When asked the delivery driver said they weren't on the order. We told him that was fine and then started eating our magnificent pizza with perfect crust and fresh toppings. While eating, we got a knock on our door and it was the delivery driver bringing us garlic knots because the most gracious and sweet lady who took my order remembered us talking about them. The most kind delivery driver refused our offer of additional pay and left us with uncommon joy from the experience alone. The pizza and knots were exceptional and the service was unmatched. Thank you and your staff for being such good people!Curt and Monica Hancock

My boyfriend and I stopped here on the way to our AirBnb since it was the only restaurant within 20 minutes that was open. We walked past a car with two women sitting in it on our way in that reeked of weed. Once we got inside the two women from the car followed us inside because apparently they were the workers LOL. Pizza was alright. Nothing amazing. I got a large pizza, small pizza, and an order of garlic knots and ended up spending over $50. Wouldn't go back, but it was our only option at the time.

Wanted to try the local place given where we were staying. We ordered sandwiches, breadsticks and cheese bread. The Philly sandwich was good, the pizza sub was good, the meatball sub was okay. The meatballs were heavy with filler parsley. The item we would not order again was the cheese bread. It was covered with salt to a point where we couldn't eat it. Not sure why cheese bread even had salt and I tried to scrape it off with a knife because it was so thickly applied. The staff was pleasant when I picked up the food.

This pizza tastes and looks like one of those homemade Pizzas you and your kids try to have fun making on your own.Really thin crust, not enough sauce and very small for the price. There was way to much flour still left on the bottom of the pizza.I love all pizza from everywhere. Little ceasers pizza blows this place off the map and that's not saying a whole lot.

As locals, we try to support small businesses in the area. This is the 2nd time we have went there for take out. The first time was ok. Not great, but not bad. So we figured we would try again last night. My husband called in an order last night and was told it would be about 45 minutes. On a busy, Saturday night, that is no problem at all and expected. When he arrived to pick up the order, it was chaos inside. There was the owner, two very young teens and a volunteer. The owner was literally screaming at other customers from the back who were wanting refunds as the pizza was taking too long and just yelling out things and muttering unprofessionally in general. They ran out of dough and after about 90 minutes, my husband was given the two of the most disgusting pizzas we have ever seen. One was undercooked and the other was burnt to a crisp. The owner would have definitely seen these and known their state as she was running the oven.If you don't have enough staff to run your business properly, close for the night. It's simple. Don't try to stay open out of greed and scream at people while serving indelible food.

Next door to a Jeep Adventure shop and just down from Whaleys General Store, Stonehouse Pizza is a hidden gem just outside of Pigeon Forge. Sauce and dough are freshly made and the amazing thin crust pies are available in 10, 12 and 14 inch sizes. We had a combo with pepperoni, Italian sausage, bell peppers, onions and black olives that was sublime. They also serve hot wings, garlic knots and make hit deli sandwiches. Don't miss this hidden treasure if you're in the area.

Do not go here!!! We waited an hour for a pizza and garlic nots and this food was not eatable! Over $30 dollars for this and we threw it away. If I could give it 0 stars I would have.

If you are hungry, you've come to the WRONG place. When placing my to-go order, I was told it would be one hour. No problem, went back to the cabin and came back 1 hour later. Upon returning, order was not ready but was told it was in the oven. 50 minutes later I was still waiting and they were arguing over who was going to slice the mushrooms for my pizza. I asked for a refund (paid cash) and was told they didn't have time to give my money back. The owner was extremely rude and clearly didn't care. Not willing to let it effect my vacation, I bailed with no pizza and out $70. You will stand a better chance of feeding your family by dumpster diving than coming to this place. I'm certain the service will be better

Waaaay overpriced for what you get. I’ve never seen a pizza with the toppings so unevenly distributed, just haphazardly thrown on the pizza.

We are staying in the area for a couple of weeks. My kids noticed the pizza sign and wanted to eat here. We came in today to give it a try. The pizza was fresh and delicious. Yes, they were out of a few things. Some soda syrups were empty, just had Smoky Mountain jeep invasion, we didn't get upset we chose something different. If you like a New York style pizza come give them a try. We will definitely be doing more business with them. Give them a try by supporting small businesses.

Good pizza and good customer service. The staff was very friendly and they delivered our pizza very quickly even though they were very busy with dinner-time orders. They also did not charge us an extra fee to use our credit card. Lots of merchants in the area are starting to add an extra charge.

$50 dollars for a 14" cheese pizza and a 14" 'Stonehouse Special'. Worst pizza ever! The crust was thin like a Saltine cracker. There was no sauce on the cheese pizza. The cheese pizza was so over cooked, the cheese would come off the pizza unless you pulled it off. The toppings on the other pizza were all in the center. The ham looked like it was added after it came out of the oven. The crust was burnt. We took it back, and the "manager" had the nerve to ask "what was wrong with it?" She then proceeded to say it wasn't burnt on the bottom. We finally got a refund. The guy at the store next door said "do not order anything from here." That was after the pizza was already ordered.

Having Stone House Pizza for lunch today. We got a pepperoni and cheese pizza and cheesy bread. The cheesy bread is DELICIOUS!!!! The pizza was average… it would have been better if they used the seasoning for the cheesy bread on the pizza crust but without it it was very plain… still had a nice thin crust and good sauce but after eating the cheesy bread I was a bit disappointed about the plainness of the pizza. This order fed my family of 4.

If I could rate this 2.5 I would but this is the closest rounding up. It was the most violently mid experience of my life. The pepperoni pizza was decent and the meat lovers was essentially a sea of unseasoned meat on a thin tortilla. Would recommend for anyone looking to hurt.
