I did two online orders when I was up there on 12/19 the pick up time said 10:00 pm and 10:14 pm. When I arrived at the shop they were closed. This does not answer the phone nor do they have an answering service set up. So I have not been able to talk to anyone about a refund.

Newport Highway Sevierville store. Will only accept cash today sunday. Would not give coupon discount because they're scanners are down, credit card machines are down,. Cashier was not very friendly and did not offer good customer service

Ive been to this location 2 times & both of them I was treated horribly. People don't even look you in the eye just treat you like your making there day miserable for being there. The 1st time could have been a fluke because people can have bad days but the 2nd caused me to leave a review. Southern hospitality can not lose its touch. Do better or work in a factory.

the young lady working was very rude because we came in 45 minutes before closing. saying in spanish how she has to deal woth some white customers. very racist. she was very upset she had to stop using her phone to serve us and do her job

Open spacious and clean. They accepted my coupon for a sandwich. Shelves are near and organized, every item was in stock.

Nice staff work here. I was told by staff that at lunch it gets very busy, keep that in mind if you are in a hurry.

I would stop here again.

Manager is rude & nasty. I came into order 20-30 minutes before closing time because I worked a 12 hour shift. From the moment I walked in she had an attitude. Simple questions was followed up with rude comments by her. Then I decided to leave after eye rolls & her continuing to be rude. I asked for a manager which she said there wasn't one & then walked into the kitchen to ignore me, only to find out today when I called she was the manager. On the phone she preceeded to be rude & nasty with me before hanging up on me. I wouldn't even give this place one star if that was a choice. They obviously need new management!!

As soon as we walked in the door, the employees had a look of disgust on their face. Not even a hi or a hello. We were just expected to speak first. Both employees just acted like we were an inconvenience the whole time. My wife would ask for things and just get told "no". They didn't ask which bread we wanted, the automaticly put one type of cheese on both sandwiches, they didn't even toast them. Upon asking for them to be toasted they just looked at me and rolled their eyes. Food was still cold when we left the store. Upon leaving we told them to have a good day and just got "ok" as a response. This was probably the worst experience at a Subway I've ever had.

Subway workers are the worst no matter where you go. They all have attitudes at you for just walking in the door. I walked in and there was a guy in front of me. She was being so rude to him from the second he started ordering. He was being very polite the whole time where I would have given the energy back. Eventually he said "I'm sorry did I do something to you? Are you mad?"And she said "no, do I look mad?" Yes yes you do. And continued to be rude. I didn't even make it up to order. I was mad for the guy. I turned and walked out. This is at every subway we ever go to anymore. The service is always horrible. They need to start doing better and get nicer workers or I'd say they will continue to lose business. It's harder to be rude than to just be nice. Absolutely ridiculous.

Before I even leave my parking spot.. Service was horrible. Speaking another language the whole time. Didn't ask if I was ready just stared at me expecting me to go ahead.. Made me wait to fix two other subs. The sweet teas was far from having any sugar in it. 100% will not be back here.

Really bad customer service. My husband and I waited 15 minutes for someone to attempt to make our sandwiches, and then we were told two online orders were in front of us. It was late at night and no one else was there.
