I think its crazy that they "accepted my order" then 5 minutes later cancelled it without any explanation. Go to the one on Dolly Parton instead. They won't cancel your order.

Stopped for a sandwich on my way to work. No greeting from the young lady working, just told me to wait and proceeded to make herself a drink. She seemed sick and wasn't covering her coughs. The sandwich wasn't great, just going too fast so not getting enough sauce and seasonings. Will definitely go to a different location next time. Awkward gross experience.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub on app. When I stopped to pick it up the restroom had no soap to wash hands and my steak was straight from the refrigerator cold. I have never been served cold steak at a subway before. My order was correct otherwise or I would have given 1 star for service too.

Perfect visit. Each sub order was created as asked, sandwich was full of items, not skimpy...was presented and wrapped well. Was most grateful that the associate created a special request sandwich without a hassle (as a member of our family is highly allergic to alot of ingredients)

I was in here yesterday 1/7/23 @ 2:30 p.m think her name was Casey short hair neck length & had the nastiest experience pulled up watch the lady eating BBQ chips walk away from eating go grab gloves did not wash hands litterally had orange fingers grab gloves to make my sandwich I said wash your hands just looked at me and it got worse as she's checking me out not to mention didn't make the sandwich correct ( I worked here same location for 4 years so I know ) as shes checking me out she coughs in he hand absolutely gross abd then proceeds to grab gloves and make the next lady's sandwich with out washing her hands I listed the time and date cause they won't answer there phones nor cooperate open again I worked here for 4 years and never seen something so gross and careless ! Ecspecially during covid and flu season
