Waited 30 minutes unfortunately couldn’t cancel my order through the app. Ended up late for work when I should have had more than enough time. Coincidentally the drive through was never backed up so customers inside are definitely not a priority at all

My wife went through the drive through two days this week. And not just one but two days she was met with rudeness by the worker at the window! Wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was in fact a cow. When my wife had asked for an extra fork she replied “there is already two in there” in a rude manner and when my wife replied she still wanted an extra one she literally picked up a handful of forks and threw them in the bag and handed it to her.

It was $30 for 6 soft tacos and some drinks and all of the tacos were like this?

This taco bell was Fresh Hot and very quick!!Team worker was so nice to top it all off!!We enjoyed lunch and will definitely frequent this particular taco bell in Sevierville.tn
Dietary restrictions: Alot of calories and salt.this is a good chest place..if your concerned just get A Crunchy Taco.there the best for you I'm sure 😁

Got two meat soft shell tacos. Sorry, cold, maybe teaspoon of what looked like meat. The lettuce was old. This was the worst taco I have ever had. Took forever to get waited on. Bad experience

Food is always hot and fresh. Employees know me by face and laugh. Love this location. They need more people. The good employees are going to leave if you don't get them some help, and that would be a travesty.
WORST PLACE TO ASK FOR DELIVERY! They never finished preparing the food for the driver to pick it up and we placed the order 1 hour and 30minutes before their closing time. This is just disrespectful
