I went inside and ordered 3 items for $17. Cold comfort knowing that I would have gotten one item for the same price at Chipotle. I only modified one item - a simple request, no onions on my steak tacos. Also, my cantina chicken quesadilla was cut into uneven slices. I'm a meritocrat at heart. Others will have earned my money.

they are extremely rude. the freezer machine is usually on defrost when we are here, we asked if it was on defrost and she started yelling at us and getting an attitude.

Waited 30 minutes unfortunately couldn’t cancel my order through the app. Ended up late for work when I should have had more than enough time. Coincidentally the drive through was never backed up so customers inside are definitely not a priority at all

My wife went through the drive through two days this week. And not just one but two days she was met with rudeness by the worker at the window! Wasn’t wearing a name tag but she was in fact a cow. When my wife had asked for an extra fork she replied “there is already two in there” in a rude manner and when my wife replied she still wanted an extra one she literally picked up a handful of forks and threw them in the bag and handed it to her.
