Never have ever been so upset with people in my life. They made us hand our food back because we were “lying” and they were convinced they put it in there. They were trying to rush us and when we left they said “good job”, in a degrading way. Maybe it’s because my siblings are black but whatever the reason was, this was not necessary. I am very disappointed

I went inside and ordered 3 items for $17. Cold comfort knowing that I would have gotten one item for the same price at Chipotle. I only modified one item - a simple request, no onions on my steak tacos. Also, my cantina chicken quesadilla was cut into uneven slices. I'm a meritocrat at heart. Others will have earned my money.

they are extremely rude. the freezer machine is usually on defrost when we are here, we asked if it was on defrost and she started yelling at us and getting an attitude.

Waited 30 minutes unfortunately couldn’t cancel my order through the app. Ended up late for work when I should have had more than enough time. Coincidentally the drive through was never backed up so customers inside are definitely not a priority at all
