Is the only tacobell I've been to that refused to sub out a meat even though I offered to pay extra. Terrible service and woman at window laughed.
Absolute worst tacobell. Food is never made correctly and workers have terrible attitude every time. I'll never go back again

Make people wait at speaker before pulling around on purpose then want an exact amount of condiments. If you say 5 or 6 they ask which is it like putting 6 over 5 is a crime. Baby spoon fulls of food. Container half full unlike before. Went down hill the past six months.

Food was good. Folks were nice. Hate ordering on the screen. I miss personal interactions with staff.
The workers take your mobile order and then tell you to wait before pulling around. The line wraps around the store because of this. Everything was cold except the nuggets, and the burritos were tiny. The shredded cheese wasn’t even melted. Absolutely would not return to this location. It is very disappointing that the line moves slowly, the workers leave you at the speaker for a long time, and the food isn’t even hot which is the bare minimum.

We went through the drive thru around 7:30pm. We placed a mobile order beforehand, and waited nearly 10 minutes after placing the order before we reached the speaker. Once we got to the speaker, the worker repeated our order to us and told us to sit at the speaker until we were told to pull around the building. Nearly five minutes passed, there were no cars in front of us, but a line of cars behind us. I decided to go ahead and pull around to the window. We approached the window and we were handed one drink. A few minutes later, he handed the food over to us. We were still missing one of our drinks. I told him we were missing one and he slammed the window shut and made the drink. We checked the bags and had no sauce like we had asked for. After he handed me the missing drink, I asked nicely for some sauce. He handed me some sauces and slammed the window shut. As soon as I started to drive off, the employee opened the window up and started yelling at me. He demanded that if I come through the drive thru again, I need to when he tells me that he will give me permission to pull around. There were many people behind me and we had a relatively small order, which still took 15-20 minutes to make. Being understaffed is not the case here, we saw at least 4 employees inside the restaurant through the window.

Incredibly slow drive through and had cars waiting to get their order taken letting only one car order and get their food before they took the next cars order. This was an hour before the lunch rush and I had about 5 cars behind me and 5 in front of me.

Wasted my money on ice cold food.. cheese not even melted. Tables were all dirty and bathrooms were gross. I would drive to another location before i wasted my money here again.

I ordered my food on the app while sitting in the drive through line. The line didn't move for a very long time when it did it was just 1 car. The line was all the way to the entrance. Come to find out they were making people wait at the speaker until no one was at the window. My order was confirmed by email at 7:40 and I didn't receive my food until 8:10. Food was good but service is ridiculous.
