Store # 029052 Order # 259 and 274 I ordered the new Steak Garlic Fries and a #8 combo. I took my food to the table and ate a taco. Started to try the new fries and they were cold. At the same time my GF ordered some nacho fries. I took my cold garlic steak fries to the counter and reported the issue. The attendant took my complaint and went behind the prep line with the cold fries. My GF received her Nacho fries and they also were cold as well. I had to call for a manager because now while waiting for new hot fries my tacos got cold. The lack of concern and attention to detail from the staff is disturbing. The staff had no sense of drive or willingness to excell in customer service. Apparently from reading other reviews it is a recurring issue with cold fries. This store is in a tourist area and not only does it put Taco Bell as a company in bad light it reflects on TN tourism as well.

Took 20 mins for 1 item. I placed a mobile order.And apparently they never looked at the screen to see if it was there. I had to yell multiple times for somebody to come up to the front. One of the guys was spinning around in circles. It's one of the ladies walked by and said, ugh, instead of helping me

Bad service got mad for a pretty big order and the kitchen crew was yelling and screaming bad words they should get fired or find a new job if they are not willing to serve the customers

I know its hard to find help now with everyone not wanting to work but I don't understand why it takes 20 or more minutes in lobby for an easy order that should have been done in 5. Crew members just taking their time or wanting to go outside

I'm not sure if this is how good all taco bells are around here or what, but we are from Ohio and this was hands down the best we've ever had. The potatoes were so fresh, the fries were so fresh, the cheese tasted delicious and the tortillas were like a whole other experience because they were SO soft. Please send all your tips and tricks to every ohio restaurant ... Lol. Keep it up!

Make a mistake and not put plastic silverware in the bag for something that requires it? No big deal. Like 7 cars in line and would be faster just to knock on the door and the person in the lobby at the drink machine give you some? Yeah that would be faster, but no let's just look at the person knocking on the door and look away multiple times and try to act like you're not there. Thinking like drax huh?

I waited 25 minutes for 3 soft tacos. I asked how much longer she told me I was still 4th or 5th on the list even know everyone had left in front of me. I asked for a refund because my lunch break was spent waiting and she told me they didn't have time. So I left with no food and no refund. Choose another place to eat.
How the heck is it almost 17 dollars for two grilled cheese burritos and a soda? And then you’re still hungry like a hour later

Tea tastes like mold again. I dont think they ever clean the dispenser or they just buy molded tea. The water used for drinks also has a very odd aftertaste. My kids wouldnt drink the lemonade either. They diddnt refund me because I used the app. I have used this location multiple times and every time its a negative experience. Food is a 50/50 but getting it is usually very slow. If your passing seymour/chapman hwy on the other side of boyds creek use that location instead.

Would give this place a zero. They are all hanging out in the parking lot and would never take my order. Lady was really rude when I went to the window. This place sucks.

I didn't know but, I guess you need to clarify multiple times after telling them you only want beans, meat, and cheese on a taco. The past 2 times I have gone there. I've asked for that specifically said those 3 things and they did not put any meat on it
