I know its hard to find help now with everyone not wanting to work but I don't understand why it takes 20 or more minutes in lobby for an easy order that should have been done in 5. Crew members just taking their time or wanting to go outside
I'm not sure if this is how good all taco bells are around here or what, but we are from Ohio and this was hands down the best we've ever had. The potatoes were so fresh, the fries were so fresh, the cheese tasted delicious and the tortillas were like a whole other experience because they were SO soft.

Food was good, service sucked. When I was handed my drink I took a drank and tasted off, told the man who Im assuming was the manager, and he said we'll what's it taste like? It tastes flat. Unless you want to drink it and see what it tastes like, don't ask stupid questions.
