This is the best food we had while on vacation in the Smokies, as a matter of fact we went back here twice. Don’t hesitate to eat here, everything we ordered was great, way better than the chain restaurants in the tourist hot spots. We are from Chicago where we’ve got plenty of quality Mexican options and I put this couples food right up there with any of them.

When you think of Tennessee you don't think tacos...but these street tacos are legit! I'm talking cilantro and onion legit (IYKYK), not lettuce, tomato and cheese legit. We got carne asada, carnitas, chicken, and al pastor. Definitely stop by this place!

Omg! This is taqueria is a gem! They have the best menu of traditional food. The carne asada tacos were delicious. Nachos were a large portion and so good. The chicken quesadilla was huge and the chicken was seasoned so well. The salsa roja was the perfect amount of spice. Highly recommend eating at this food truck.

MY FIRST STREET TACO THIS GUY MAKES THE BEST!!! I usually am not a fan of corn tortilla shells but I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ONES HE MAKES!!!! I am a huge sour cream buff but I did not put any on the street tacos he made us!!! I hope we get to eat at his restaurant again soon!!!!

We ordered the chicken nachos, a beef taco and chicken burrito from the food truck. Everything was DELICIOUS and very fresh!! The portions were HUGE too!! More than enough for our appetites!!

The pictures don't lie about the food portions you get here. Unfortunately for you, while you get to see how yummy these dishes look you don't get to enjoy Chef Oscar's flavors. That is until you make it here to Wears Valley Tn and stop in at the food truck park for yourselves! Beautiful scenery, family friendly environment, and food that leaves you coming back over and over again. Macho Taco is a joint that The Flavor Town man himself needs to stop by and sample a plate or 2! We took our meal home to dive into it without judgements lol because it's just that good!
