Had a rather large party. Our party got separated, which was 100% fine! Half of us got amazing servers. The other half? Servers were absolutely terribly rude. Food was wrong everytime they brought it out. Over 2 hours and they still didn't have their food. Had to find a different server just to get the manager, who was just as useless. Our entire party ended up paying $500+ for half of us to get treated like absolute crap and not even recieve our food. No discounts. No fixing the bills. Just us leaving without food and unhappy after spending that much money. This place and half the workers, ESPECIALLY the manager are a JOKE.

Worst management and 75% working staff in Sevier County. If you don’t like something (anything literally that THEY do) you WILL get kicked out of their establishment. They say they cannot meet their customers simple needs!! BEWARE!!!!!!

Came today for my anniversary with my wife and my birthday the service was amazing. The food was perfect, and as an added bonus they had a guy doing Ballon art so my wife got a flower and a teddy bear holding a heart nice touch!

Got seated fast. Steaks not prepared per charts. One young male greeter walked so slow it was ridiculous. He also put his fingers in his mouth a few times then we watched him carry bread plates to the clean station. Pretty gross.
