My husband and I stopped to eat on our travels as we really enjoy eating at Texas Roadhouse when we find one. Javier was a great server and very personable. If my rating was based just on him, I would’ve given a 5. The ladies at the front desk were very inattentive and we waited while other parties were seated before us. (Ones that didn’t have a name on the list before ours).

M husband and I went for my birthday. The fried pickles were greasy. My prime rib was cold and undercooked. My husband ribeye was also cold and overcooked. It was late and we didn’t have time to get our order redone we were over an hour away from our hotel.

One of the better Texas Roadhouses, the service is always great and the cooks know how to cook medium rare. The only downside, imo, is their employees REALLY get into the dancing and birthday yelling which on a busy night gets a bit annoying when trying to converse at your table. But that's honestly not a real big downside in the grande scheme - it's still a place I go to often!

Talk about going downhill!! This place did a complete turnaround from Great to "Awful". As locals use to eat there and brag about it all the time. Not only do you have to wait 3 times longer for your meal, but it isn't even cooked the way you order it when it's served!

Went in for lunch with my Girlfriend and her mom we are locals. Not a super busy afternoon maybe 8 or 9 tables in the resturaunt. Service was great I've worked resturaunts for 12 years and I had no complaints there. The nightmare comes from kitchen/expo. 3 steaks undercooked twice the first time the wrong steaks came with the wrong sides. Steaks were sent back out without fresh sides and still undercooked the second time. I can eat a rare steak all 3 came out with deep red centers the first time the second time more close to med rare they enjoy med-well. Mine came out deep red cool center I just decided to eat it although not what I ordered . No manager visited the table in fact it felt like we had inconvenienced them by not just eating what they had sent the first time probably will not be bringing family or friends back to this location. No effort made except for by the server to right the issues. Took two of the steaks home to cook them.

Food and service was great, other than informing my server that it was my gf's birthday and I was really wanting the crew to come up and sing or make a big deal about it. I know that it isn't a requirement, but was disappointed when the did this for 3 other parties and not us, considering we made a reservation over the phone for our party. Otherwise it was great...crowded but great.

Stop going to chain restaurants. They only care about out the quantity of buisness vs. the quality. We had to send our steaks back 2 times for them to be over done! How do you mess up a medium rare ribeye, and NY Strip? Well they did! Got our streaks the first time, they were rare. Sent it back to get it up cooked, then it came back medium well. Our sides they took with the plate weren't remade they just died under the heat lamp waiting on our steaks. The plates were the same! With dried up blood under our re-cooks. Which im pretty sure you're not supposed put plates customers eat off of back in the service window..... Pretty sure thats a crazy thing called health code violation. And our server is forgot her name was unattractive and unwelcoming. We seen her maybe 4 times. She forgot about our bar drinks and to refill our waters. We were literally drinking on melted ice cubes. The manager never came by to check on us or ask us about our recook. So we just asked for a box and left. We tipped 20% because we all have bad days. And our server could of been having one and she didnt cook our steaks. But after this we are swearing off all chain restaurants. And there are better steaks houses between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg! We should have just went to Cherokee grill again!!!
