We had an absolutely unforgettable dining experience at The Appalachian in the Smokies during a beautiful Fall weekend. From start to finish, everything was flawless! Ari, the hostess, made sure we were accommodated beautifully, offering drinks at the bar while they prepared our table, and Luke, our server, took care of us with warmth and attention.
