This place was very great, & friendly. The peanut butter/Butterfinger malt was so rich and creamy. I had food at home so I ordered the fries, they seemed overcooked just a little but still pretty good. My husband's burger was nice and juicy, I tried a bite of course!

We had a great meal. We both got the Elk burgers. They were very tender and hit the spot. Great flavor. Fries were alright. Potatoe salad wasn't my favorite, but that is a preference. They fry all their seafood separate!!!! Thank you The Diner for doing that for us with seafood allergies. My husband got a chocolate milkshake. He said it was wonderful. The 50's theme was awesome and we loved the jukebox. The only reason why we gave it 4 stars vs 5 was because I watched as one of their employees used the bathroom and didn't wash their hands and went right back to work! Gross!Dietary restrictions: Fish fried separateWheelchair accessibility: Bathroom accessible

Stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday. The service was friendly and the food came out fast. Pancakes and French toast were great and the eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. A very generous amount given for the milkshakes - enough for at least two people. The atmosphere has a nice old diner feel with lots of shiny metal surfaces. Prices are good with many of the breakfast offerings having an option for either one or two sides and priced accordingly. I would love to try lunch or dinner next time.

No Fun

We ate there on April 17th 2024. After we sat down and ordered we got to looking around and the place was falling apart and very dirty, even the ceiling vents were black. We had a seat that gave a behind the seen view of the kitchen. Not good. The burger I had was to be medium rare ( just a little pink middle) it was over cooked. The pickle pear didn't have any juice in it like it was sitting out since opening plus the onion was dry also. The vinegar was bad. The catfish was good.I noticed the staff taking food off customers orders waiting to go to the customer. The windows were very dirty. The place is not being taken care of. Seats are taped and rusting.NOT WORTH IT. McDs is better. The server we had was very good and attentive to us.

Not worth the price they charge u. Paid 37.00 for 2 skillets that u didn't get much at all. It was cold. I couldn't believe the price for the amount they give u and it was cold.wish we would of looked at reviews before going McDonald's would of been better

Took forever to get drinks and food. Food came out cold. Told the waitress just one drink and she came out with 2. Asked for a side of okra and got fries. She was super nice though.

One of the best places to get authentic food in the Smokie mountains! The staff is great, professional, and kind! The owners also make sure your experience there is a good one! Definitely will be one of my new must stops while here!

Just ate at The Diner on Winfield Dunn Parkway in Sevierville, TN. The food was OK. The staff were friendly and attentive. The negative I came away with was seeing our American flag (raised on their property) with its colors almost completely faded and with tattered edges. I would rather not see our flag being flown at all than to see it displayed with such disrespect. Please, management of this establishment, take down your flag and dispose of it properly. Contact a VFW representative, and they can help you dispose of our flag in the proper way.

Most of the seats have peeling duck tape on them. Asked to be seated in a booth away from the cold breezy door, but that section was "closed". Even though that is the "flight pattern" for the waitress to come out of the kitchen... and they had to clean the table when we left anyway so.........floors were dirty (but cleaned while we were eating) waitress was polite, courteous, and attentive. Vegetable soup was exactly what you would expect from Cambles.... pancakes were just off... country fried steak tastes better when I air fry the same sams paddies at home. Waffle and bacon were good, but bacon was crispy (considering we asked for fried SOFT)... SO OVERALL A SOLID 3.....WHICH IS LIKE 5 TIMES BETTER THAN APPLEBEE'S IN SEVIERVILLE
