we walked in to the newly "remodeled" location tonight and just as always the place was dead. There were 4 bartenders and we sat at the bar. Took them over 10 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. asked about qr code scan beer menu, don't have that anymore, and asked for a menu that is now down to like12 to 14 items. Reluctantly, we ordered food to no surprise was expensive and highly mediocre. The girl that took our order didn't know what was on the menu..she had to ask us twice. I asked if still part of the beer house in Newport and she said yes. She also said that the are leaning more into the Sevierville location as a dive bar and not a restaurant as the one in Newport is. I responded with that's a a shame cause this is ridiculous. $48 later for 2 orders of tacos, and 2 beer specials we won't be back. They told us my beer was $1.50 and at check out became $8.50..bogo supposedly. This place could be so cool, but the staff and management could care less. Remodel was a waste of funds. should have just let the ship sink.

This place overcharged the hell out of me. I drank a couple beers started a tab so I should've been charged one time right? Nope 3 separate charges $86 $76 and $56 tell me how a maximum of 5 beers, and an order of nachos puts me well over 100 dollars in the hole? Your guess is as good as mine. Needless to say I won't be going back. Stay away unless you too wanna get overcharged out the ass

Valentine's Day, Google says you're open, pulled up there and you're not. Update the hours!

Lots of beer choices and a nice place to hang out. Live music on the weekends. I haven't tried the menu... yet.

My husband and I went for dinner about a month after they opened. We were disappointed. I was hoping to support local businesses after the flood so we gave it another chance last night. It was around 6:30 not busy at all. We stood by the sign that said “wait to be seated” and we waited for quite some time. My husband said one of the staff said she’d be right with us but I did not see that. I tried to make eye contact with anyone but nobody would look our way. Apparently a server had a problem at a table and her and the manager or whatever his position is, stood at that table for quite some time. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time we walked out. I don’t think we will try again.

Great atmosphere, horrible food. I'm a local. Went to watch the games a few times. The place is really neat, clean, great selection of beers, TVs were plentiful and the bartender was awesome. The food... hmmm.... it was like they ordered frozen bulk and nuked it to serve. Would love to see them improve that. Not my go to to watch a game.

I want to start by saying I visit this specific location ALOT as do a lot of people that come with me! I have always enjoyed it and hate to say I will not return and I will also relay to the people that come with me! I was charged someone else’s tab and I was told that my husband wanted to pay it which he did not! Also I contacted Stephanie to let her know the situation and she said first she didn’t want hard feelings and I told her there is none but we were charged someone else’s tab on my bank account and she proceeded to say don’t give other people your debit card I don’t know what to tell you witch mind you the other person was my husband! Also told me this conversation is over call corporate which I did no one answered of course. Also this location is hardly ever busy when we go pretty much all the time so i hate that they lost some of the most loyal customers they could have had!!!!!!!!!!!!I will mention I called the one in Newport to get the number for corporate since Stephanie from sevierville hung up on me! The girl who answered in Newport was so nice so understanding and quick to give me the phone number will try out that location for sure!!

There was only one person working at the bar. She was also running food to tables and cleaning tables. With that being said, she did an absolutely wonderful job.

I read some reviews prior to coming, as I always scour reviews before I try a new place. For anyone that complained about the food obviously didn’t understand, this place has a small menu, a bar food menu. With that being said, get the pretzel!

This is the kind of place where EVERYONE can go and enjoy their time where prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is great. With both inside & outside seating there is plenty of space for a group. Before we came I called to ask if it was “family friendly” (I also respect places that request kids don’t come…because, even as a Mom of 3, sometimes kids running around at a bar is annoying). As soon as I was told that it was kid friendly, we made our way in. This place even has a fenced-in area for kids to play soccer! Multiple game options allow for kids to stay busy while adults savor well earned adult beverages. With that said, adults can still join in on lawn games too (connect 4, plastic axe throwing, cornhole, etc). Speaking of the beverages…a vast selection of beer & ciders are on tap! I personally opted for a flight of local brews. Though they are not labeled I simply asked the bartender which ones were which and put a cocktail straw in my first selection so I could remember them.

We ordered so many food items for the table and ended up going in to order more as my kids completely crushed the pretzels with cheese. The few times I went back outside after ordering resulted in them taking their time from behind the bar to bring out the food before I even noticed that it was ready. Both Lydia & Megan were FANTASTIC! They were kind to my entire group and were efficient at also clearing the table as they brought more food out.

Ps…strange thing to note, but the bathroom sinks are SOOO cool! Go take a peek!

The only negative I can even remotely think of is that the mosquitos were annoying but obviously they cannot control that and a quick blast of mosquito spray rectified the problem, allowing us to keep enjoying our time on the patio! Oh! And that the “I’d Tap That” shirt was out of stock, because I would have totally bought it! I did get another shirt though!

100% recommend this spot as an easy hangout destination without the chaos of the crowded overhyped -expensive options in the area.
