$18 bucks for a "subpar" BBQ sandwich and two sides. NOT including a drink. I mistakenly wanted to try the potato salad and it was absolutely terrible. It was smothered with what I would imagine was malted vinegar, because that's all I could taste. I couldn't taste any potato. The macaroni and cheese was okay, but just that... "okay." The BBQ was mediocre at best. I paid this MUCH for that?? $60 for two is absolutely absurd. I'd much rather have spent my money at Texas Roadhouse with the Dallas Filet for that type of money.

The ONLY perk is that it's on the outskirts of Pigeon forge, so if you're hungry it's easy to get too. Other than that, Arby's is just up the road. It's cheaper and better tasting.

Eh. $18 for a pulled pork sandwich, and I gotta order from the counter, and get my own drink? The food wasn't bad, but it sure as heck wasn't $18 worth of sandwich..and $14 kids meal....... Definitely felt like a little much to feed a 5 year old chicken tenders.🙄

Okay , so me and my Mimi just left from there. We got the loaded T chips and BBQ. Her food to her was a 3.5 stars. Than I got the loaded T chips and split it with her. It was good but cold. LIKE I want warm chips. Not cold. I suggest maybe doing the style like make it own bowl type stuff!

The food is overly priced. For 2 of us, we spent $80+ and the portions weren’t very big. The food smells amazing from the outside of the place, as the meat was on the smoker. When we got out the car, Tony was rubbing their pet cat and proceeded to come inside to show us their menu and food options, while touching the food handles, and had not sanitized. Even though he did not prepare our food (at one point I thought he was) I felt uneasy after that. We did end of eating here. A lady prepared our food. When I received my hamburger steak and potatoes on a plain white styrofoam plate, the potatoes were cold. The green beans tasted like there were tons of sugar added. I was not a fan. The hamburger steak was decent but not worth the money. Not to mention the big pile of random items on one of the walls in the inside of the place. We are not from here and were stopping by for the first time. We really love bbq but neither was of us were impressed.

Unfortunately, this place is going downhill in a hurry. The food was just ok and served on plastic, but it was priced for a high end resturant. Upkeep of the facility very lacking, some might say dirty. I don't plan to return. On a positive basis, the staff, including Tony, was awesome, friendly, and caring.
For the two of us, it was extremely expensive, and with a very limited income, I have to be very selective of where I spend my money.

This may have been a good BBQ joint at some point but not anymore. The location has been neglected and has a strange ambiance. Menu was confusing and the meals were being sold like a Fast Pass.
Tony was at the register upselling at every opportunity.
I would rate the BBQ a 2. I couldn’t chew the brisket and the pork tasted 3 days old.
The slaw….10!

Kinda lime a buffet but can order from a menu. Seemed like some of the ite.s had been there for awhile and were a little over done although still tasty.

Honest opinion. The biggest turn off is the price. It’s so overpriced it’s almost laughable. It is in warmers which doesn’t bother us, but the amount you pay for is fresh top of the line items. Our entire family would have been around $120 for 2 adults and 3 children. We turned around when we saw the kids meal for around $14. We appreciate his help for local flood victims, but we simply aren’t willing to over pay when we can pay half the price for other local favorites.

Mozzerella sticks are a MUST! They are homemade and enough as an appetizer for two. Next, we had the loaded baked potato cooked perfect, with pork, which was also perfect. The brisket platter was next. It was cut to weight, so my slice was too thin to actually judge flavor. There was just not enough weight there to justify 25$. I was able to roll up my little slice like deli meat. I would love to go back one day and give a true judgment of it. The apple cobbler was also amazing. Service was absolutely outstanding. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was served on a styrophome plate. I'm not too much of a fan of that. The atmosphere definitely gave me a good comfortable feeling.

Food is good just a tad to high for most barbecue places.

Very expensive and definitely not worth the price. You go through a cafeteria style line and order. The food was warm but not hot and served on a styrofoam plate with plastic utensils. It was all self serve and we got our own food from the counter along with the plastic utensils and plastic cup for our drinks. If you want to use a card to pay they add $3 on to the price. Save yourself a lot of money and go to Buddy’s BBQ or a nice steakhouse where the food is so much better and priced accordingly.

Overpriced and gross. Had to sit with my back up against plastic totes piled up everywhere. Never again.

Service and friendliness by the staff is unmatched - we got the Saint Louis style ribs and a couple of pulled pork sandwiches and it was just… not good. Sure, very tender and fall-off-the-bone, but there’s virtually no seasoning and the sides are just like any other bbq joint, bland.

Obviously, a huge gospel influence in the area, the restaurant is packed with totes and boxes, seating area is tight.

Our family came here expecting the southern gospel hype, at least to hear southern gospel music playing. Most of what we heard sounded more like old sad, country songs. Finally some good gospel songs came on. The food was fair to good but VERY overpriced. Probably the most expensive bbq sandwich I’ve ever eaten, especially in a roadside eatery. Those prices would be more fitting for a much nicer place and better quality food. The back, where you get your drinks and sauce, is slammed full of boxes and stuff everywhere. It seems unsanitary and cluttered. The staff was friendly and that was appreciated. We won’t be stopping by again. Oh and our bill was $120+ for myself, my husband and our 3 daughters who are aged 15, 10, and 8. Yep. You read that correctly. Insane.
